When I tell you that Emorie kills it with my hair EVERY TIME!! This girl is a pro through and through! she is insane at what she does whether it’s color, cuts, or styling. she’s so great with the communication she has with her clients and there’s a reason why so many of us never want to lose her as a hairstylist!
no matter what color I end up deciding on for my hair, she’s always there to provide insight and talk me through the process. and I always get talked through the aftercare as well to make sure my color lasts and my hair stays healthy!! she’s also always checking in with me to make sure the cut is the way I want it and the styling process is always a breeze.
Emorie is so easy going and accommodates to anything you need! the atmosphere at the salon is too good and I always feel welcomed and loved from the moment I sit in the chair :) pls pls pls check out everything she has to offer and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I got here. My hair stylist Emorie was very rude through text, did not dye my hair the color I wanted, and now it is washing out only a week after my appointment.

I had an appointment today at 2 PM with a stylist named Emorie. At 9:30 AM, she canceled on me and asked if I wanted to book with someone else. I told her I only trust her or Jill Payne. Instead of checking Jill’s availability herself, she told me to call and ask Jill directly. I called the salon, but no one answered—understandably, since it’s Saturday.
I don’t know why Emorie made herself available for booking on her day off and then canceled so casually, saying “something came up.” I hope nothing bad happened and that it was something fun, but I’m still frustrated because this last-minute cancellation ruined my plans for tomorrow’s party. If a client cancels, there’s a penalty, but when a stylist cancels, a simple “sorry” seems to be enough. I just wish there were more accountability and better support for situations like this.

I was originally planning on getting my hair done while away for the holidays in DFW but something came up so my appointment had to be canceled. Since I was coming back to Lubbock the next day, I decided to try out Eclectic People. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the services were compared to what I was originally quoted in DFW. Emorie was my stylist and she did a great job and I am very happy with my hair. The salon is also very clean and chic. I highly recommend Eclectic People.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and Emorie always does an amazing job with my haircuts and color. My husband has also started going to her for his haircuts and she is the only person he will book with now. I highly recommend Emorie to anyone looking for a hairstylist.

This is the best hair salon in Lubbock. Kayla has made me feel so confident and comfortable in the way she does my hair. I usually get all over color and she knocks it out of the park every single time. Not only is the service amazing, you can really tell that everyone likes each other within the salon. The other hair stylists will help each other out and laugh with each other. It really adds so much to the overall experience. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I have gotten my hair done here for years and have no plans to stop! These stylists care so much. Their attention to detail is unlike anywhere else I've been in town, and I've been to a lot of places! This salon feels safe. When you walk in, you are telaported to a prestigious vintage beauty scene. It's newly remodeled and has taken this place to the next level. My hair always turns out beautiful and my stylists are careful to not jerk my head around with my sensitive head. I also have some allergies with certain products and they are very accommodating with making sure the products used on me don't cause any reactions. I've had some HORRIBLE experiences at multiple other places with destroying my hair, bad bleach jobs, and horrible cuts. I keep RUNNING back to Eclectic People to save the day. I've finally learned my lesson enough times to keep me here for life so do yourself a favor and book yourself an appointment. You won't be sorry! Jill and her team care so much about you and will treat you like family. If you want to feel like royalty here in good ole Lubbock, TX, this is your place! Plus free coffee and good music never hurt anybody ??

I have worked at Eclectic People for almost my entire my career, and I have to say it has been such a joy to grow and mature as a stylist in such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I felt like I belonged from the firat day I spent at EP. Jill has poured into me and the salon in countless ways, and it will always be a treasured part of my story!
