Ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter in Lubbock for Nurse's Day on May 6th 2025. Paid extra for it to be delivered that day. I was charged $81.17 and it was never delivered. Very unhappy and expect my money back!

I really wanted to give them a zero stars but this was the only way to be able to leave a review of their services. This is my first time ordering from edible arrangements and I must say I am truly disappointed. I ordered an arrangement for the staff in which I am a patient and they had taken great care of me while I was in the hospital here in Lubbock. They were amazing and I wanted to show my appreciation in some form by sending both day and night staff an edible arrangement. I ordered the arrangement, I gave the address several times Covenant Hospital (Hope Tower 3615 19th St. 4th floor). They still sent the edible arrangement to a completely different hospital UMC. And all I got was well what do you want me to do about it we're fixing a clothes in a few minutes. They weren't able to send it out the next day because this was their last day so they wouldn't be coming back and for a couple of days. I also wouldn't be here and I wanted to be present to make sure they got it.Thank you very much edible arrangements for a epic fail. I am so disappointed.

So I went here for the first time this last week to get my wife an arrangement for her birthday. Cost almost $100, but that was fine. However, when we opened it, two of the strawberries were moldy. I was upset to say the least. For a company that is that revered, you would expect they would use ONLY the freshest and BEST fruit you could find. I wont be going back anytime soon, unless there is some major changes to the place.

I do not recommend ..I ordered a valentines package for my wife and was very expensive and did they not show up the ladies on the phone told me the residential customers were not a priority..and would return my money .... 😑 very disappointed

order February 12 to have it delivered February 14th by 5pm at work never showed up. So I called several times with no answer so at 7pm I went to the location on university to see what happened. She stated they were under staffed and it hasn't been made yet but will make it and in 30 minutes can have it deliver it to where I'm at so I said ok well never got it so the next morning I called stating that and she said we sent it out with Uber eats but they didn't send a picture to us. So I agreed to let her make it again and pick up in 20 minutes. My daughter gets there and calls me and says mom this looks terrible and some of the fruit looks old so we told them to keep it and and refund the money.
NEVER AGAIN AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Absolutely horrible to order from here and expecting it to be delivered on the fulfilled date. I paid 15 dollars extra to have an arrangement be delivered on Valentines Day. These heffers were quick to take my money and have yet to deliver the arrangement. It is now the next day and she still hasn't received anything. Lubbock TX location doesn't even pick up the phone and I have left voice mails to and they don't return calls either. I finally was able to get to talk to someone that assured me it would be delivered today and nothing. I was also told I would get a refund for the delivery fee and that hasn't been refunded either. I wouldn't order from these people if you have expectations to make someone happy on a specific holiday.

They take an order with no expectation to deliver. No realistic ETA. Phone doesn’t get picked up. I don’t believe they should be able to take my money if they can’t fulfill what they advertise.

Placed my order a week in advance. Order never was delivered no type of update nothing. I understand the whole being under staffed but ppl shouldn’t have track YOU down. Just like you took ppls money the company needs to communicate what’s going on. I call today 2/15 girl says nothing about why I didn’t get it ,no apology nothing. States they can deliver it today and refund me with delivery fee. I said that’s fine. I change the address to come to me as I have wasted my day making sure to be home all day and here it is after 5 no delivery! Call back of course guess what?! Can’t get an answer. This place has gone wayyyy down. Will not use them ever again. I want my money back.

Worst experience! Ordered a week ahead of valentines & my order was NEVER DELIVERED! The employee stated they didn’t do residential orders because school and office were more important! Spent over $100 and can’t even get through to talk to anyone. Waste of time and money.

I placed a special Valentines Day delivery for 2 orders totaling almost $200.00, but the orders were never delivered. I called over 5x, and left a voicemails on Valentine's Day, no one returned my calls, no one ever answered either. The order never arrived as scheduled on 2/14/25. I finally got someone who answered and stated they had over 400 orders and were understaffed. Offered to schedule a new delivery date and give a discount. I agreed. We set it to be delivered Monday Feb. 2/17. It got delivered 2/15/25 & she is not working for the next couple days. Flowers will not have water and the edible arrangement will go bad. Chocolate covered fruits. I'm so disappointed in Edible arrangements and will NEVER order through them again.

Placed an order 10 days in advance. Said it would be delivered by 7:00pm on Valentines Day. At 6:00pm it showed that my order had been received but was not crafted. Order was not delivered by 10:00 am the next morning so I went to the store. Got excuses for why it was not delivered. No offer of making it right other than dropping the delivery fee. Web shows a 100% customer service guarantee. Guess they were just kidding. Will never use them again.

My mother ordered a delivery to my job for Valentine’s Day, which closed at 5 pm for the day. She placed this order on 01/25/25. It did not get delivered. When I went up there, I was told it would go out that night, and my address was changed to my personal one. It still did not get delivered. I came up there again this morning, and it was ready. So I ended up getting my order after all, which is all I cared about. It was a frustrating experience for my mother, who just wanted to make me feel special on the actual day, but the employee, Amber, was very kind, and seemed genuinely confused on why it didn’t go out when it was ready, and empathetic towards the situation. She was great!

Put in an order to be delivered at a business with a guaranteed delivery before 5pm. It was never delivered. Tracking never updated that the item was ever even prepared.
Called several times, but the phones were not being answered. I submitted for the order to be cancelled, but I still have not received anything showing that it actually got canceled and have not received my money back.

My product was not delivered. I called several times and nobody answered. I ordered several days in advance. I am deployed and was trying to send my wife a gift for Valentine's Day.
