Great customer service. Josh is the man. Quickly took care of an issue (that wasn’t his fault) and made everything right. Renting a car can be stressful but Josh made it very hassle free and pleasant. Will definitely rent from here again

Someone needs to give Turner a raise, that guy is awesome. Just walking in the door his vibe and personality was top notch. Hooked it up with a sweet ride, took the time to explain everything to me. Awesome place!!

I have had a confirmation number for my rental for 4 days already and I am being told that there are no vehicles available for another 6 days. Enterprise is useless.

Absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. The manager Lauren was helpful, efficient and empathetic with my situation. I felt like they genuinely wanted me to have a good experience and answer my questions I had. I’ll be coming to this location to rent cars from now on.

Pretty good experience, we do wish we had been asked to walk around our rental and go over scratches and imperfections before driving away. In our haste we forgot that basic and found a few things at our first stop, I took pictures then. Later, when returning one of those spots came into question, we showed photos of the ding and thankfully that helped but mad that we didn't look before we left the lot.

Do not use this Enterprise they discriminate against women who know more than Don at this location. They'll send you to the reroute in India and promise cars in thirty minutes when all they are doing is RE- re-routing you to another Deadpool somewhere in BFE! Definitely NEGATIVE STARS for Enterprise in Lubbock Texas!

Book your vehicle in advance, and get confirmation # and names. Had to scramble to get a vehicle, they are very busy. They did pick me up and drop me off. Pricing was up front and professional.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. I am trying to use them through Geico while my car is getting repaired. I spoke with someone two days ago from Enterprise, and they said they would meet me at Gerber Collision, where my car is getting repaired. They did not meet me there, so I went to the Enterprise location, and they said they didn't have a car for me because I was a "walk-in." They are supposed to call me later today when a car is available, but I doubt they will.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in terms of customer service. The branch manager, Logan, was awful. Words cannot describe how poorly my interaction with this man was. I wish I could file a complaint through Enterprise but when I called their customer service it was obvious that I was talking to an outsourced customer relations agency that more than likely did nothing with my complaint. They took my info and said someone would be reaching out to me but that never happened. Seems like the manager knew he could get away with treating people the way he did. I would recommend at least going to a different branch than this one. It’ll save you some time and hassle.

The South Loop 289 location overbooked reservations and left us stranded at the last minute.We stumbled into the Buddy Holly location and were fortunate enough to run into Shelby. She set us up with her last vehicle and even reduced the daily rate and got us on our way. We returned the vehicle the following Saturday and the manager Logan further reduced the rate to help us out. Many thanks to Shelby and Logan for helping out a couple of stranded travelers!!!

I had reserved an intermediate SUV. So I waited a few days to pick up a unit. At that time, I was given a smaller sedan because there was not an SUV available. I called 2 days later to check if there was an SUV available (my originally reservation). Luckily there was one in and I told the location I would pick up. Right before I left to go pick up, I called to verify it was still available. It was. It takes me 20 minutes to get from my house to the location, so I told "Shelby", the representative I spoke with that I would be there then. she said "Great, we will have it ready for you when you get here." She in no way mentioned the location closed at 6 PM. I live 20 minutes away so after putting gas in the rental I had, I showed up at 6:02 PM. The store was closed and locked. Everyone went home. I just wasted a trip to the store to pick up the intermediate SUV that I had originally reserved but yet still can't get. It's unbelievable that after speaking with a branch representative, and informing her I was on my way to the location to pick up the SUV, that she would close immediately at 6pm and not give me a courtesy of 5 minutes to pick up my originally reservation. I understand that you want to get home but when I tell you I'm on my way to pick up a rental vehicle that I had reserved, I would expect a little courtesy. It's unbelievable that this branch location & representative would treat a customer like this.
