The car was great but I was told 3 different out of pocket paying we had to do they need to be more organized I get we all make mistakes but changing the out of pocket amount 3 times is ridiculous we didn’t even know of the 3rd pricing change till drop off they completely over charged us with out even telling us!

I’m so thankful for google because it shows the unprofessional skills a lot of people in customer service lack. Dawn has been in her position for two weeks and from my experience with her should have never been given the position. There is no way she tried to give me an unclean car then I mentioned it being unclean she says well it’s take it or leave. Just wow

Dawn the manager is so unprofessional. She told me that I could not swap out my car just because I didn’t like it or was unhappy with the charges, which I was initially told that I could swap out by 3 previous locations that I could do so. Not based on what she said but because I needed to swap out my car because my insurance was only covering so much and I was having to pay the difference so I wanted something smaller. I only took the larger vehicle because that’s all I had to choose from on that particular day. I have done business with enterprise for so many years and have never had any problems until recently. This company has lowered the bar when it comes to service and professionalism. I will never go to or recommend anyone to do business with this location ever again.

Wish, Google had given the option zero star as well! I rented a car here on 6th September, Friday afternoon 3:00PM and the return was on 7th September Saturday 1:00PM. I had to return it at 3:15 PM as I was stuck at a place on an unexpected issue. These people have charged me unnecessarily all the way till Monday saying that I have returned after Post business hours. Customer service and this centre lacks coordination. I had taken confirmation from Customer service centre ( as their office was closed ) and they gave me an assurance that I won't be charged if I drop the key by 3:20. ( Technically it has to be from 3PM to 3PM, but on Saturday it was closed on 1:00PM). Hypocrisy is, Initially they told me they will verify the call logs between me and customer care before dropping of the car as a proof.If they find they promised a refund.But, they didn't even check and later changed their word that they can't process the refund as it's too late.Despite the assurance from Customer centre and having all the proof of the time and date of submission. They refused to accept my claim.Felt helpless. Lost 166 dollars unnecessarily 😞.

I rented a car from here a month ago and was getting the check engine light when I 500 miles away. Tried to get a replacement vehicle and they were no help at all. Basically told me to figure it out we’ve got no cars. I came back a month ago and I was supposed to get partial reimbursement. I talked to Sebastian last Monday and I still haven’t received my funds, every time I call I’m on hold for over 30 mins and no one still comes to the phone. Do not rent a car from enterprise.

I was told to pick up a vehicle at 5pm at location 612 W Loop 289. When I arrived, they informed me that I was not on the system or the reservation list. Prior to this, I had called them twice, the day before and that morning to confirm my reservation. The employee told me they could only offer an SUV, which I am not comfortable, and I would have to pay extra for the tax due to the vehicle's larger size. He then transferred me to the manager, Sebastian.
Sebastian told me that I would need to pay extra. I asked him why I needed to pay extra if they could just find me a sedan. When I asked if I needed to pay extra for all types of vehicles, he said yes, I would still have to pay. I called another branch of Enterprise to verify if what Sebastian told me was correct. The other branch said I didn't need to pay extra; I just needed to find a vehicle within my claim, and they had smaller vehicles, which I am more comfortable driving.
I went back to the manager and informed him of what I was told. He then changed his statement, saying there was no availability. I asked him if there is another option or rebook me for other day or time or if there were any branch locations that had sedans, and he said he would book one for me and assured me at 1902 Buddy Holly Ave, where I could pick it up the next morning at noon.
I took an Uber when I was supposed to pick up the vehicle and another Uber when I left, which was a waste of money. It seems they are very selective about whom they serve better, likely because I'm not a local.
The following day, I called the Enterprise Buddy Holly location to confirm my reservation. I spoke to a guy named Mason, who said he was surprised and disappointed that Sebastian had transferred me there without calling him or the office first. Mason mentioned that he was the only one working that day and they had fewer vehicles in their inventory than the previous location. Still, no vehicle.
I cannot believe that such a big company like Enterprise would allow someone with such poor leadership skills.
✔️ The manager was dishonest about the claim, telling me I would have to pay an extra fee for all types of vehicles.
✔️ The manager was very condescending, thinking I was too dumb not to understand and trying to put me in a situation where I had no choice, while another employee explained it much more clearly and effectively than their manager.
✔️ There was poor communication, as he transferred me to another location without informing them about the transfer, despite knowing they had a better chance of getting me a vehicle.
✔️ There was decision-making incompetence, as instead of resolving the problem, he would rather pass the problem on to other managers to handle.
✔️ Poor judgment: this manager seems to think everyone can drive any type of vehicle. I explained that I am not comfortable driving SUVs, but he failed to recognize this. He may put someone in danger if he continues to make such judgments and poor decision making.

Totally sux...told me they had me a truck waiting for me so I was in no hurry. I showed up a few minutes early and guess what? No truck. I ended up missing my scheduled appointment at another place and the woman at Enterprise screamed at me saying we don't have a damn truck on the lot for you. Will never attempt to do business here again.

This enterprise has been exceptional in every aspect. The overall experience was outstanding, with everyone being helpful and friendly, particularly the manager, Sebastian Livermore, is simply the best at what he does. Whenever I visit with friends, he ensures we receive top-notch service and the best vehicle available. Enterprise has become our go-to choice for car rentals, thanks to their exceptional customer service, particularly at this location. I've recommended it to numerous friends due to the consistently positive experiences.

Very professional operation with friendly & accommodating staff. When I turned in my vehicle they took me to my car dealership to pick up my vehicle from the service department. They extended my rental agreement dates over the phone without hesitation. I called the next day to say my sister thought she'd lost her ID in the car & they checked the car to see if it was there.
The previous time I rented here, the man who had just done an oil change on the car left a cover loose that was dragging. When I called them about it, they sent a man yo my house to fix it almost immediately. So even if you have a problem, they deal with it like the pros that they are!

This is one of the best enterprise locations I ever visited. Good cars, Good pricing and Excellect Customer service. Customer friendly place I also redircted many of my friends to be their customer. You people are doing great ???? Every enterprise needs a staff like you. I almost rented 15 times at this location ? this shows how perfect they are ...

We requested a mid-size truck and they brought us a full size at pick up. Then when we said no we'd rather have a small car to better fit our budget, they said they didn't have any and insisted we take the full size truck. The worker was very pushy and obviously doing his best to get the most money out of us as possible. Extremely frustrated with the customer service provided. We talked to a lady prior to picking up the rental who did provide good customer service, which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

Renting a car is a pain, but this Enterprise location always makes it simple and painless. The 3 times that I’ve rented a car here, not only have they gotten me the best price but also given me rides to pick up my car from the shop. Their rental cars are always clean and have the latest technology, such as Apple CarPlay. One of the managers, Josh, was exceptional in setting up my rental and making the process fast and efficient.
