I rented a Toyota which I never drove before. You have to push the key in before you can take it out. I was so glad to get my Honda Odyssey back from maintenance.

These people at this particular shop were extremely difficult to work with and at times rather rude. I will not divulge my identity here but it took several phone calls to corporate by my insurance adjustor to get these folks to do their job properly. Is a shame. I have a corporate Enterprise account as well which I will stop using from this point on and the business will go to Avis and other rental company. Lack of professionalism and rudeness will result in loss of business.

Friendly staff. Quick and efficient check out and return. They were able to pick me up and drop me off. Communication through the entire rental was excellent.

The lady that helped me was great, she was easy to work with. While the vehicle I reserved had some issues, she got my vehicle switched out fast and without question and I was on the road in minutes. Thank you ma'am good job, I will definitely be back next time I rent a car in Lubbock. The car was nearly new in great condition and the return of the deposit was very fast. In the past I rented from avis and the deposit was not returned for over a week, and though I returned it full on time, they didn't check it in and charged me another 2 days. I had taken a picture of it because they didn't give me a receipt and they eventually refunded me but they will not get my buisness in the future. Thanks for Makin it easy enterprise

I usually have great service from this location, so I was surprised to be charged extra for bringing the car back just 1.5 hours late. I understand it was past the deadline, but this has happened before without any additional charge. I was hoping for some flexibility or at least to be able to apply my discount to avoid paying the full rate. It’s all good, but this is one reason I like to keep multiple rental options available

I returned my rental and unfortunately left my company jacket in the backseat. I realized my mistake the next morning and went back to see if it had been found. Unfortunately, the vehicle had already been sent to another location. They made an attempt to locate my jacket but, unfortunately, were unsuccessful. I suspect that an employee may have taken it. Neither corporate nor local authorities were helpful, so I'm leaving this review to warn others that they may have a thief among their staff. so do what I failed and ensure all your belongings are out of the vehicle as they could claim it.

We had a great experience with this location. We worked with Grant, Warren, and Hailey, and their strong sense of teamwork was dedicated towards our customer satisfaction. The vehicle we were assigned exceeded expectations. It was clean, promptly available, and ready to go. As well, this location was neat and clean and each employee was friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure doing business there.

Rented a car from the Enterprise in Lubbock and got to Abilene before noticing that the tags were expired since March 2024. This tells me that the employees aren't doing their job to allow this vehicle to be rented out with tags that have been expired for 8 months. I will change my rating once they have fixed the problem. They have rectified the situation and upgraded my rental at no charge which is greatly appreciated I changed my two-star 3-star rating to a five star

The Malibu was a nice car. A little stiff. The drivers seat took some time to get comfortable in. I rented the car for a week but only needed it for a day. By the time I turned it in it was 1day and 4 hours the cost was half plus for that short time!
