Brought a relatively new MacBook in that I had used while living at the beach that just stopped working. Needed a new logix board and battery. Googled and the prices quoted were fair. Got my computer and everything was great. Really appreciate Cameron and Expertech getting this bad boy fixed. Highly recommend.

I was in a real bind as my computer battery went dead while passing through Texas. Cameron was outstanding as he coordinated ordering me a battery and fixing it super fast. Very organized, professional, and technically very competent. Highest recommendation.

Spoke with Cameron. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed 2 nintendo switches in just a few hours. The pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend.

My laptop unable to power on, brought to them and they kept for 2 weeks without calling me for an update unless I call them. They said they able to power on and windows update but my laptop Cannot be turn on, so how they able to run update? So, I end up take my laptop back and still unable to power on. They charged for $60 on diagnostic without really diagnoctic since my laptop is unable to power on. To me, they are bad at customer care such as follow up and update what they found and lie about what they can do. I wont recommend this place.

I forgot the technicians name, but I came in today 05/10 at 1:30 PM (for the business bc I want them to know who) and the person who help me was great!! He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and it was a very quick service. I will definitely be recommending Expert Tech to my friends.

They were superb I eventually to 4 places prior and was my remote starter was fixable but the guys at Expertech fixed it and it's working perfectly..thank you gentlemen.
