Best gym I've ever been to! I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars because I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is so encouraging & knowledgeable, they care about your overall health & they are constantly calling you up to be the best you can be. The athletes are also so kind & encouraging, I always feel so supported by every person there. I'll be a loyal F45 member for life, it truly is life changing & functional fitness.

F45 is the best HIIT gym in Lubbock! If you’re going anywhere else you are simply wasting your precious time and money. All the staff are very friendly and appreciative!

My favorite gym!! I’ve been coming here since 2018 and this gym is my home! All the trainers are personable and so much fun. The workouts never get old and the atmosphere is always incredible. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

Excellent studio! I was in town from Dallas and needed to find a local F45. West Lubbock's trainers were friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

The best part of F45 is the community! My home gym is F45 Cinco Ranch West in Katy, TX and I was in Lubbock for the weekend, so reached out to F45 West Lubbock and they welcomed me with open arms. Lacey, the owner was prompt in her responses to me as I was planning my trip and the second I walked in the studio the two trainers knew who I was. Angel and Lauren led a great workout. They were high energy, encouraging and challenged me and the other members throughout the entire class. I would highly recommend you try out not just F45, but if you're in Lubbock you need to be at F45 West Lubbock! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

BAM! Love this F45. I'm a member in Austin and have visited several studios while traveling. This F45 was hitting all cylinders. The coaches were knowledgeable, attentive and passionate. The gym was clean and well organized. The noon class was huge and full of so much energy. It's clear, this F45 team has created camaraderie, spirit, passion and above all a fun atmosphere for fitness. I will be back when I visit Lubbock. Wreck Em!!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! I prefer cardio based workouts and only attend classes on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. This studio is a breath of fresh after a rather unpleasant experience at a nearby traditional gym. So glad I took the plunge.
