Store is always closed it seems during the most odd times of the day when people need their essentials..the manager is extremely rude and stereotypes all customers that come through those doors when they are actually open.

I sure can say since that n*gger TT has been gone from the store the new employees are much nice and helpful yeah they just need to work on getting the shelves stocked and keeping the aisle clear.but its has gotten much better.

I go to Family Dollar alot.. However, first time at this one location on 34th closer to Ave Q.. It is disgusting, dirty, inventory all over the place.. Cashiers standing around just chit chatting, while shelves are empty.. Just saying they are really letting that one go.

I went here to purchase 2 items. One of the items rang up at a higher price than was listed on the shelf. When I told the cashier, this IDIOT said "Yeah I know. Prices are going up." Then I said "You are supposed to charge the price listed on the shelf." No price correction was made. My advice is NOT to go to Family Dollar in Lubbock, TX, unless you just like to be CHEATED!

I paid for my purchases, and asked for 1 additional PLASTIC BAG to carry my items. The IDIOT at the register said "I can't." The counter had many, many bags available. So I asked the manager why I couldn't have another bag. This IDIOT said "We might run out." Seriously, you can't make this up! These people really are this stupid!!! I guess someone can work for Family Dollar if their IQ = shoe size. Needless to say, I have no plans to shop at Family Dollar again!

It's okay depending on who's working. The thing that gave it three stars is I always have a hard time finding prices on certain items or the items are misplaced so I think it's one price and when I go to ring up they give me another price and they always refuse to give me the price that they have the item put under ?

Closes when it wants. Opens when it wants.. Something is always broke...debit machine,refrigerators....or they can't take cash. Or the scanner is not working. They need to just shut it down.
