I usually come in and receive excellent help from Mark, but today I was helped by a new team member, Juliana. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. She mentioned she was new, but you would never know it, she was confident, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. I just wanted to recognize her for doing such a great job. This location consistently has a wonderful team, and I truly appreciate the care and quality of service every time I visit. I’ll definitely continue coming back. Thanks!

I had to print a couple of thing and I needed assistance with trying to fix a document, but the rude employee just told me I don't know how and walked off. She didn't offer any other solutions. Than I was charged close to 5 bucks for the services that was not provided. I get if your having a bad day but if you Hate your job that bad find a new one. No reason to be ugly to customers. I will say the guy who works there has the best customer service. I would of asked him but he was very busy.

The manager at this store was Extremely rude. She did not want to print on the paper I brought until I explained it was acid free and would work in a laser printer. Then, offered zero help. Luckily there was a very nice staff member that went above and beyond to help me.

I can't speak for the Print Services, but Mark at the shipping counter is AWESOME! He's good at what he does, AND he has a great attitude to boot. I'm pretty sure he had to have gone through the Chick-fil-A boot camp or something. I found myself waiting in line listening to him interact with the customers in front of me and being blown away at the amount of enthusiasm that he exudes. I couldn't not write a review after the very brief interaction I had with him at the counter.

Great staff at this location. I called the team this morning to inquire about binding services. The woman on the line, despite being busy, politely answered all of my questions. I then stopped by an hour or so later and was greeted by Mark. He was so helpful and genuine. What normally would require a 24-hr turnaround time, took only 10 minutes because of him and the team. I enjoy coming here, not only for the services, but more importantly because of the team. Thank you again!

The 82nd location has gone downhill. We do a lot of business with them and the new female manager was argumentative, disrespectful, and rude to me, our staff, AND her employees that work there that are usually helpful. So disappointing. Thankfully the other location was helpful

I have been to this location several times and always had amazing service! Today I completely messed up while trying to use the self service printer and Conner was EXTREMELY helpful in resolving the issue. It is hard to find great customer service nowadays and I truly appreciated it, especially since I was the one who had made the silly mistake.
