My latest interactions involved lifetime rotate, balance, and alignment for 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. The next day I had lifetime balance, rotate, and alignment done on 2016 CMax, with additional oil and filter change.
(I'd scheduled both cars for the same day from 10:00, but the new service manager said his schedule showed work was to start at noon. I spent the hour before the MIRAGE work next door in a United MARKET STREET). Although I hadn't planned on more than the alignment and balance work, I was called that the battery terminals were corroded and the engine air filter was dirty. I intended to eventually have the corrosion worked on, but didn't ask for it; I agreed on the additional work.
When I got home and unloaded the groceries, I went to review the work done on the Mitsubishi. The inside hood release was not functioning. I called back and was told they had a real struggle to open the hood (it hadn't been a problem before). They failed to report the problem till I called back. There was no offer to repair the cable, so I went to the used car dealer who sold us the car last summer. He checked the cable and found that BOTH ends of the cable had been snapped off from inordinate pressure to open the hood. He took a cable off another Mitsubishi and repaired the hood opener for $25 for the cable and $25 for labor.
It would have been appropriate to tell me of the damage (the cable is easily broken by exuberant force to be sure the latch is open.) It wasn't a good outcome this time, whereas I usually have extreme confidence in the care at that Firestone store.

We are from Carlsbad, NM and came in to the store on 50th street with a broken valve stem right at closing time. These guys fixed us up and got us back on the road. I really appreciated this.

We highly recommend Anthony and his staff at Firestone by market street. It was Sunday evening, they were closing and he was still able to get my daughter’s car a new tire! Great customer service and we appreciate Anthony for all his help!

Friendly staff. Good product offerings and no pressure to buy. Truck rides very nice after the installation of new tires and a wheel alignment.

We got a hole in our tire traveling from out of town. We rolled in less than 30 minutes before closing time but they got our tire fixed, put it back on the car and we were on our way for $20. Lifesavers!

Wayyyy overcharge for common things like oil changes and tire rotations. And will try to scam you into "suggested" maintenance which will run you hundreds of dollars even when these are things that are still well within their lifespan. Got my sparkplugs changed not even a few months ago and they told me I already need them changed. Find somewhere else less scamy please!!!!

I brought my wife's vehicle in for new brakes and found out that there were other issues I was completely ignorant to, plus her brakes were still good. They compiled a very detailed pdf explaining what they found, prices to fix issues, and pictures of all the items that needed attention. They are going to work with me in the following weeks to get all the work completed, plus they offer financing. I would absolutely recommend bringing your vehicle to these Firestone professionals for all of your service needs!

I bought a roadside warranty from these guys for my tires and got a flat. They repaired it and it was flat again a week later. I was quoted $20 for a prorated tire which ended up being $61.
They also tried to quoted me $151 for an oil change and state inspection. Not sure what it is about this Firestone but they are not honest and are just another price gouging garage. If you have tire needs I suggest going to Discount Tire or literally anywhere else.

Dont open an acct and DONT let them poke your eyes and wallet. I have an account with these people. I asked for a quote on an A/C Compressor install. They quoted 1511.00dor part and labor. The most expensive part I found anywhere with condensor and kit included was 368. Plus tax totaling 398. Their mark up is 500 more (firestones) making the part 900. Thats not including the entire kit with condensor. Their labor would be 600. And oh lets not forget the ac recharge that would be an extra charge plus labor. He made sure to let me know that would be extra. Which I could recharge myself for 38.00 whole dollars. Cause you know us females are just dumb and stuff and were just going to accept what he says Talk about taking advantage of your customers.
