I had an emergency due to my vehicle battery going out suddenly, took it to Firestone Complete Auto Care on 19th during my lunch hour and they had me out of there within 30 minutes! Great customer service all the way around!

I have been a Firestone customer since 1980, all these years I have received outstanding service with every visit. The staff is always pleasant courteous. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this location.

Not a great experience, went to drop off my car, told me it would take until the next morning, okay not a problem, called back to change, and give them a reachable phone number, they called “all day”, the wrong number and never decided to try the one I put on file. Wasted a whole day; wasted all that time and my tire is still flat, asked them to please just fill up my tire with air so I can just grab it, and told me sure no problem. They did not air up the tire. This sucks.

I took my Tahoe in for an alignment. I got three different phone calls asking me if I wanted additional services. Trying to upcharge me. I recently did the brakes and they tried to tell me that my front brakes needed to be replaced. Then I get a call saying that my tps sensor battery was dead and needed a new battery. It was working just fine when I took it in. And then they call again trying to upcharge more stuff. I told them I just need the alignment and balance that I had originally asked for. I went to pick up the vehicle and my tps sensors are not reading. They did not reset them because I am not paying for a battery that was fine when I took it in. Beware fraudulent practice. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

When went the male workers did their job good very respectful but the lady that works there in front and possibly also in the shop was very unprofessional and rude .

I had a wonderful experience here! I will never go anywhere else! They fixed my vehicle same day. So easy to make an appointment online, I also called beforehand to check pricing and other questions. They were all so very friendly and professional.

We like to hold on to our vehicles until the wheels fall off. We take good care of our vehicles. We had an issue with an alternator on a 2003 F-150 several months ago. Firestone on 19th was highly recommended by a friend. We took it in and Alvina the receptionist was very helpful and took care of us. A couple of days ago, the truck stalled near LBK high. GaryDon at Firestone called for a tow truck to pick it up from a local mechanic and was able to thoroughly check the alternator. It was a bad alternator. Firestone fixed it at no cost since it was still under warranty. Firestone staff at 19th location are trustworthy and will stick to facts when telling you exactly what you need repaired on your vehicle. I highly recommend Firestone on 19th St, amazing friendly staff.

This place used to do good work but as of recently I find them charging me for work they haven’t completed! Requested an oil change and tires rotation! Come to pick up truck and the tires were not rotated! Hadn’t even been touched! But the manger argues with me! Until I pointed out the markings I left on the tires before dropping it off….. said stick around we’ll get you back In and out…and still managed not to rotate the tires correctly! Manager continued to argue and charge full price! I will not be back

I have been a Firestone customer and three different cities over the last 30 years. Especially at this 19th St. location in Lubbock, I know that when I ask questions I will get straight answers. Whenever anything is needed, they tell me exactly what it is and make no fuss about trying to add on useless and an extra things that are not needed. I truly appreciate all the support they’ve given me over the last 20 years.

I've used this Firestone a few times despite it being the furthest one from me, because it's the highest rated one. But I took my truck in for a tune up, a complete check and couple small things 2 weeks ago. First off the "tune up" was only changing spark plugs and then charged an arm and a leg for it. Second and more importantly they didn't do the complete check only the handle full of things on the courtesy check, told me everything was acceptable. Noticed my truck was actually running rougher than before I took it in, so I was looking around and discovered my oil was almost empty. So obviously the oil level wasn't as acceptable as they claimed, if they even checked it at all.

So I am reading through reviews, and it seems this location really has a poor reputation for properly serving their customer. Therefore, it is my fault for trusting them to get my child's car fixed in a timely manner. Yesterday, August 15, 2024, I called the store to get information about a service I needed on my kid's car. Nothing difficult, we needed the serpentine belt change and the car aligned. The service person told me not to use the appointment app because it did not take into account the appointments they already had scheduled. To call him early in the morning, and they would take care of the requested service. I showed up at 730am on a Saturday. We spoke, he remembered the conversation, and informed me that the car would be ready by early afternoon. I called at 1130am, because the car had not moved. I was told it was 2nd in line, and it would be done a little later than stated. At 3pm, the car was moved into the shop, at 4pm, I got a call that the belt was still in good shape. I informed them to please change the belt. When I arrived at 5pm, they still had not changed the belt, when I asked about the status, Dennis told me, " NAPA sent the wrong belt, but was on it's way." At 6pm, I was informed the car would not be ready until Sunday. When I asked to speak to the manager, Dennis stated he was not at the shop and he would not call him so we could talk about the crappy service they had provided. When I asked if I could go and pick up the so they could complete the work, Dennis stated it was 6pm and they were now closed.
The shop Firestone in Rockwall, TX, has stayed late the complete work on cars for me to ensure we got them the same day. Dennis told me they were not allowed to work late because hour restrictions. This tells you the level of customer service this store is committed to. Not much. Right now, we have 4 cars that get regular service at Firestone. All 4 have lifetime warranties on alignment and / or tires. We have used Firestone for close to 2 decades, and this is how we get treated. We will now have to find someone to take care of our kid's car because we leave tomorrow.
If I could, I would give this store zeroes. It's not the place to entrust for good service.
