I've had an account for 6 or 7 years and haven't had a problem with them. The only thing that's not great is I haven't found an ATM other than there that doesn't charge you.

If people should talk to a computer it shouldn't be at a bank. Lots of questions and not 1 answered. But at least a human didnt have to pick up.

I just opened an account with them today, my girlfriend has been banking there for a little over a year, they were very helpful and professional, made sure I understood everything, and seemed genuinely happy to be helping me.

Refuses to give Walmart customers change for paper money unless you open an account. Walmart should have them removed from the store! Wish I could give negative reviews.

Stopped by here to make some change. I'm from out of town and they absolutely refused to make change without having an account. I have never heard of such a practice from a bank.

Had my acct for 12 + years. Started a savings acct for my daughter 2 years ago. My wife and I merged our bank accounts at another bank and I no longer had need for this acct. When I closed my acct I was told I had 2 checking accts. They tried everything to keep me but I had no need for the acct anymore. I called customer service about the issue and was told it was an easy fix if I was still a customer but they didn't know what to do since I no longer bank with them. All I wanted was the interest owed to me on the acct that should have been a savings acct. That was over a month ago and they have not done anything about the issue.

When a person passes away the bank plays a big run around. Even if you present them legal documents they don't know what to do! Durning this time the bank will use your money and pay no interest!
