Been a customer for 7 years and it seems every year the customer service has gone to the pot. You call 5 minutes before they close, and if you are luck if you talk to someone locally. I have always respected and recommended this bank, but no more.

I’ve been banking here for about 10 yrs. decided to take out my first loan with them this year about 4-5 months ago. The first banker said everything looked great and it would not be a problem. I stopped hearing from him and could never get him to call me back after several voicemails that I left him. I then moved to a second banker, that apologized and said this is not how they operate and it would be taken care of very quickly. This was roughly a month ago. I received one phone call back from him and got him what he needed. Once again I have left several voicemails and have only gotten one phone call back after I left a more serious voicemail. This banker also claimed it would be no problem getting the loan and now I cannot talk to the guy to save my life. If you ask me, their little description of how they care about West Texas people is absolute crap. As of right now I absolutely would NOT recommend anybody transferring to this bank. If you are a rich farmer or an illegal immigrant you can definitely get loans here but not us citizens.

Terrible place to do business would not recommend anyone to this place I’ve been a customer here for 8 years and the service has just got worse every year if you have an account here would highly recommend closing as well.. Of course there intention is never to meet the customer expectations nor satisfaction

Bank teller manager is just flat out rude. These people are supposed to be the face of your business, wise up or lose customers.

Miranda and Lauren helped me resolve my deposit problem. Although the way the system is ran is questionable they were able to pinpoint my problem and help resolve it. For a bank to take over a day to deposit into a savings account and not letting a customer speak with the right people because they don't have credit may be problematic. Hence the three stars but the help provided allowed the problem to be solved.
