If I could give less than one I would. shady company. Closed an entire location and failed to inform anyone whose devices were still in repair of the closing. Failed to return said devices. When called and asked about the situation all the manager can tell me is “she doesn’t know” “that’s was their store” “we will have to find it”. I would not recommend using this place for ANYTHING.

I had a really bad experience today at this store.Went today to replace the battery in my iPhone and i have been told that the battery price will be $119 and that’s fine with me,no problems at all.But he told me if THEY brake screen on my iPhone I have to pay $60 extra.I couldn’t believe what I just heard.That’s big scam.How is that my problem if you break screen on my iPhone.Still can’t get over that,I don’t know what policy is that.

I experienced a power issue with my gaming pc and decided to take it to Fix In A Zip. Mike and his team had me back up and running within 24hrs. These guys will come highly recommended from me. The staff are respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. Pricing is great as well! Go see them today!

DO NOT GO HERE. Gave my macbook for repair because my battery was messed up and wouldn’t charge. They fixed it, which i paid for, but they made an error with the trackpad (they admitted it). They said they’d fix for free after keeping for 4 extra days, then when I got it, trackpad was still messed up and I was told a new one was coming in 4 more days, which I won’t be in town to be here for. This was all during finals season too which was horrible. Now the Mac isn’t charging again, which I paid $160 for.

Went there a month ago to get my laptop fixed because it would occasionally get the blue screen of death and then one day it just completely shut off and kept turning on and off and wouldn’t let me use it. I took it up there and they were really friendly and seemed knowledgeable. After two weeks it was finally ready. the computer seemed to be working good and I was able to use it again but I’ve still been getting the occasional BSOD(ever couple of hours that I’m on it)since I picked it up. It’s kind of annoying that I paid $70 just for them to just reinstall windows and they didn’t even fix the underlying issue causing the BSOD. I’m writing this review late because even though it happened right after getting it back I didn’t think it was that much of an issue but it has progressively been getting worse .

Terrible experience! Just needed a keyboard replaced which should’ve been no issue. Had my laptop for weeks, never called to let me know it was ready, I had to call to ask. Got it back and they didn’t plug the backlight portion in and the keyboard plate was higher and flush with the keys making it difficult to type so I take it back up there. I even called Acer support to give this company the “fix” for the keyboard flush issue so they could get it right. Again, no one calls to let me know it’s ready, I had to call…again! Backlight was now on but board still flush. I emailed the owner twice respectfully requesting a refund since I had to take it to another place and pay more money and it’s totally fine now and he never has responded. Horrible experience for someone new that just moved here looking for a reliable and trustworthy place. Glad to see others had a good experience but mine was not at all.

Nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Talked to me about my PC's issues and possible upgrades, but never tried to upsell me or anything. Only downside is that i left my power cable with them the first time I picked up my PC, but that wasn't really anyone's fault.
Plan on coming here when I want to upgrade my rig.

This was the only place that was willing to work on my older iPod, given that it needed soldering work on the mainboard. They completed the work at a reasonable price and the turnaround was less than 24 hours. I am very happy with the quality of the service.

10-10 helped me install pc parts into an old pc! Also cleaned it and reorganized it nice and neat for me without me asking. Very nice people and great service. Highly recommend for anything pc related

Cheapest I could find in town! Friendly and Did a great job! had my phone back in hand in an hr.. they fixed more than the screen(my frame was bent up) no extra charge/fee.. super satisfied

In a day and age where customer service is a lot to ask for Roxy and Mason went above and beyond. Thank You both so much for being courteous every time I called. Roxy's was able to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our DJI Drone and point us in the right direction. I highly recommend reaching out to Fix In A Zip, they're very good at what they do.
