“I live in central Illinois but my son and daughter-in-law live in Texas. Just recently she was admitted to University Hospital for surgery. I wanted to send flowers but didn't know where to start. I searched Facebook for flower shops in Lubbock Tx. and after looking and rejecting several shops I landed on "Box Of Rain" floral. I liked the looks of their site right away, to me it looked like a "working" shop. As in, designing, cutting and creating beautiful arrangements - not just a prearranged bouquet. Well, I called and spoke to a really nice gal named Beth and she was so helpful. She asked what I was interested in and I named off several designs I had seen on their page and she was wonderful working with me to design something she was sure I would like and within my budget (Plus all this, it is was just before Mother's Day weekend) and boy did she come through!!! My daughter-in-law just sent me a picture and they are gorgeous!! Thank you Beth for all the special attention - although I get the feeling everyone gets the same treatment - I feel blessed you were on the other end of the phone and took care of me so well. God Bless you and your business ethic, the world would be a better place if everyone dealing with the public were as respectful of other peoples time and hard earned money!!”

She showed us the southern hospitality that California doesn't have. Gave myself and my friends roses before we left. Really put a smile on my face. A perfect way to end my vacation”

“We just moved to Lubbock but I had to work out of town and was missing my daughter's birthday. I asked if they could include an Amazon card. She said it's not something they offer but could absolutely go purchase one to deliver with the arrangement. My daughter loved her flowers and I love the extra effort. I will definitely call on them again.”
