I was very impressed with my visit to this location on Quaker. The associate that helped me out, I think her name was Stormy (but I could be wrong), was very knowledgeable, professional, and a great help! She made this experience a great one.

Customer service was excellent, they measured the feet and fitted the shoes and compression socks .. several representatives worked with us and they are knowledgeable and provided education on products..love this place

I go to the Foot Tech Spa to get the Diabetic Pedicure. I have been going for about two years now and have always been impressed with their professionalism and sensitivity to my ADA needs. The spa and bathroom are both wheelchair friendly.

HiI am customer from last 6-7 years . Bought Hoka shoes last month from new store they open .shoes was hurting so I went to 19 th st location very bad customer service they our system is different and exchange or refund.. not happy..very dissatisfied.

I suffer from psoriatic achilles tendinitis. Stormi was able to put together a couple of sleeves that have made a HUGE difference in only a few days!!! This store is top shelf! Knowledgeable staff, clean, organized, friendly, professional. There are not enough awesome things to say about this place! To Stormi and staff, keep doing what Y'all do. Thank you from my sore feet to my heart ?

The team members that helped me I feel like he just wanted to make a sale. But didn't really listen to what was wrong with me feet and what I needed and what I was looking for. Heard this was the place to go to get good service and people that knew about feet and how get you into shoes that where the best for mested up feet.

Stormy is amazing. I’m so clueless about shoes but I walked in and she took care of me. Very kind, took into account all my concerns, even helped teach me what my pronating looked like. 110% recommend going here for a pair of shoes, even if you’re clueless like me!Thanks Stormy!!!

I have been to foottech twice and both times have dealt with customer service issues. Me and my mom went in and both bought a pair of shoes and the two guys that helped us were very nice and helpful, I appreciated the salesman that helped me he was very honest and helpful however our encounter with the older lady that worked there with the brown hair in a pony tail and glasses was not great. I am guessing she is a manager. My mom is a retired nurse and asked for a discount the lady seemed to have a bad attitude and like we were inconveniencing her, I get people have bad days but it’s bad customer service to have attitude in front of customers. I rarely write reviews but both times I have been I have experienced issues like this, I can go elsewhere to buy shoes
