My son found this place and wanted me to take him. He got to ask all the questions a young kid wants to know when finding a new place. They have retro games as some might call them. I just call them my CHILDHOOD...Got to play some old games that I will be back to buy. (lol) Thank you ladies for your help.

Went in there to get two Xbox controllers fixed from thumbsticks. They said it just needed a cleaning and it'll work, that they made sure the parts were working, too. Nope. As soon as I used one, the aim drift was the same. I could've "cleaned" it myself at no cost, but $70? Trash place! Straight dog doodoo.

I recently had a DualShock 5 controller that needed a battery replacement, and me, being an IT professional, always find it best to let people who know exactly what they're doing perform the work. However, there ended up being an issue with the repair charges. I was informed by one of their employees that I would be contacted with a price before the repairs were completed. I was not contacted, and I was also not shown a form that listed the repair prices before I authorized the repairs, assuming that I would be able to either accept or deny the job before repairs were initiated. This, unfortunately, did not happen.After returning to the store, they did everything a place that cares for their customers should do and made it right for me. So, for anyone worried about going to a place that treats you as nothing but a number, do not hesitate to go here because they truly care about you. Their customer service is EXCELLENT, and they will do what it takes to make sure you are treated right. Beyond the pricing issue, the work done on my controller was HIGHLY professional and the turn around time was FANTASTIC.Even beyond that, their collection of used games is WELL above par and they have some VERY rare games that you won't find anywhere else in town, I can promise you that. Also, the prices on those games are what you would expect from a place that isn't trying to rip you off and cares about gamers and their needs.I would do business again with this place anytime, and you should, too, and if I could give this place 6 stars, I totally would.

Fair prices, good location, knowledgeable staff, has a customer wishlist so when you want something you can be notified when its in stock. Also has a rewards system so you can get discounts.

Do not take games to resale or store credit, this place is a rip off, one of the most insulting offer ever made for 2 NCAA 14 I ever heard”$25” that $12.50 a piece!!!!Please take ur games elsewhereAnywhere is better than this place for store credit!I know I’ll spend my money elsewhere from now on!!!Not in good condition!!!!! Seriously!!!!!!I took it to another gaming store not less than 15 minutes later and got over $70 for the Xbox 360 copy alone!!!!!So review ur camera all u want, the proof is in the pudding

Would not recommend if you're planning on selling anything to them or getting anything on layaway. They tell you one thing over the phone and it's something else when you go in. Then they don't tell you about the layaway fee until they're totaling everything up.
