I want to give a big shout out to Efren and the higher up management for taking care of me and my mom when I was looking for a car. My experience was not the greatest at first but Efren stepped in and made the whole experience a lot easier. I'll never go back to my maintenance department at my local Honda dealer because they refused to check my "flat tire" before a trip because they were changing oil and maintenance check before my trip to Colorado. I told them I had a slow leak in one of my tires and please repair the tire. Well the service manager tried to "mansplain" to me (an aviation mechanic for 15+ years) that the tire pressure sensor was indicating that I didn't have a leak. MF* well I kept an eye on it during my trip and when I got home I went to Forrest tire and they found the hole in my tire. At Frank Brown Honda I caught them disregarding my concerns several times and lied to me several times. I sent the Honda cooperation my 'ZER0 star' survey what happened and now I certainly don't want to go back.

As a new/ first time car buyer. I was more than welcomed, at ease and comfortable as soon as I walked onto the lot.
I was just looking at first and was approached within minutes, and test driving a car before I knew it. Jonathon Jajou was more than incredible. Everything from his knowledge to making sure I had everything I wanted and needed, to being so so kind and sweet. He’s as professional as it gets but also puts you first, and getting to know you all at the same time. He made my first time car buying more than amazing and he was just an all around pleasure to be around. If I could give the man 6 stars I would. Highly recommend and so grateful he was the one I gotten the chance to work with! Thank you so much again for my 2021 Honda Civic EX and all that you do!

We just bought a 2025 Honda CR-V hybrid from this dealership. After a bad experience in Dallas where dealers tried to tack on $1000’s in nonsense fees and dealer add ons, it was a pleasure to do business with straightforward West Texas people who did not try to sneak anything past us. The purchase process was so smooth. Because we live 120 miles away, Efren even offered to drive the car to us. Our time was treated as valuable and not wasted. Most of the transaction was accomplished over the phone. Michael handled the paperwork quickly and his explanations were truthful. Efren gave us all the training and info we needed to start enjoying the car immediately. I would never hesitate to buy a car at this dealership.

Frank Brown Honda Service Department - I brought in my car earlier last month and it was determined that my fuel injectors needed to be replaced. They informed me there was a back order on parts and they would call to let me know when they arrived. I have called weekly for updates. The service department has been very honest with the back order which I appreciate. I was told one car was in front of me to receive these parts, and I was after them. Once the car in front of me received their fuel injectors, I was told that my car would be next but they could not verify when. Again, very understandable due to the back order. I continued to call weekly. Something concerning to me, was even though I called weekly, every time I called, they had a hard time finding my car in their system. Finally, I called last week, 3/13, and there was some confusion on the parts that were coming in. I was told they'd speak with the parts manager and get back to me. Later that week, I was finally told by two different people that there was an ETA of 3/19. We all celebrated, and I told them I would follow up on Tuesday. I called today and was informed that the parts have arrived. However, I found out those parts were actually not for my car, but they belonged to a couple of cars ahead of mine. Even though I've called weekly, and I've been told multiple times that I was the next car and there was only one car in front of me, there were suddenly multiple cars ahead of mine. The organization and tracking of this process has been extremely disorganized and extremely frustrating. To add to the frustration, my father called a couple of weeks ago and got much more detailed information than I have received any time I have called. This is frustrating due to the fact that I am a woman, and the first time a man calls he gets more detailed information than I do. This process has been extremely unorganized from the beginning and has yet to be resolved.
