GameStop is a store for physical games. The employees are great, wonderful, helpful, and nice, providing amazing customer service. They give great assistance with a great attitude, offering recommendations and information without rushing customers. The store knows customer service and does it well. However, corporate policies change and always for the worse. Some customers put up with this for the physical games. The staff deserves a raise and the store needs to hire more people like them. Customers report they will not be disappointed.
I made a return here that was previously refused by a different Gamestop but Kae was very helpful and understanding, and processed my return! I'm so very thankful for Kae as this return was making me very anxious despite it being before the cut off date. Thank you again!!!
