Careless!! paid $400 for extra RGB lights on my sign for them to not work right from day one and for them to tell me that its my problem and i need a new phone. not to mention they didn't hook the sign up to power or show me how to work it. its been a year now still they refuse to do anything

As a new business owner, I've had a very pleasant experience working with the team at Garrison Brothers Signs, Inc. Originally, I came to them with a target date that wasn't within their normal scheduling, but they worked with me on both the design, installation, and completion of getting our sign in place without issues and faster than any other sign company was willing to do. Dealing with Matt, Eddie, Elaine, Donniece, & their installation team has been a pleasure each and every call. Not only that, but they actually answer the phone & answer all questions prior to ending the call. THIS is customer service, and has become a rare thing in today's business world. It's a nice reprieve from the "norm". Do yourself a favor, and FORGET calling ANYONE other than Garrison Brothers Signs for all of your sign needs! We've used Garrison Brothers for several projects and they never disappoint. They changed out three signs for me yesterday after we changed the name of a business. The crew is very professional and everything looks perfect. The family seems to really care about the customer and whether they get it right -- which they always have. Thanks for taking care of us.

Quoted 200 bucks to fix a small piece on my neon beer sign. Called them every 3 weeks to remind. Left my beer sign for 3 months. Showed up there, they said they don't have time for it, and very very rude. Find another business. Fixed the sign myself for free BTW.
