You make an oil change appointment online with a specific time. You show up at that time and they say a two hour wait. That is ridiculous. What good is an appointment if they don't honor the time!

Impressive how bad the service here is, my spouse just complained to me for the 5 th time about it. I don’t know who to vent to about this, but y’all need to great customers, and check them out promptly. I’ll be taking my vehicles elsewhere, if you want prompt service, best look elsewhere.

Twice on reviews they have responded that the general manager would reach out to me. They haven't responded to previous emails and voice mails. I won't believe it till I see a signature on a check reimbursing me for all of my costs incurred now $1000 and counting because of their ineptitude. Pay up or better yet produce a title delivered at my home and apologize.

I guess they assumed cause I was a female I was gonna just get in my car and drive off. Well Nope! I did a walk around of my vehicle and noticed paint chips on the side of the vehicle they didn't even work on. Then I opened my truck and found a piece to my trunk just laying in there. They also pinched the cord to the trunk so when I hit the button it wouldn't even open the guy had to come manually open it. So at this point I'm pretty mad and trying to keep my cool. Look inside my car and my seat is torn. I beyond mad at this point. They've have my vehicle for about a month now. Like where is the QA guy that does the final walk around and says it's ok to release these vehicles. Now they are telling me my seat was torn from wear and tear. These guys and Gene Messer Kia are horrible.

I went in to purchase a used car. The car I wanted to test drive was in the shop getting a part put in I gave it the benefit of the doubt. The salesman told me the car would go quick if I would like to put a down payment I could to guarantee it. If I changed my mind I could receive a refund. Easy enough right? I test drove the vehicle with low miles. That was my choice, the next day the car wouldn’t start. I thought maybe I had left a light on I jumped it it started. Again a day later the car wouldn’t start I jumped it to it to the shop the battery tested good. I was hoping it wasnt nothing more when I tried leaving work for lunch it was smoking so bad under the undercarriage. I reached out to the salesman he said they would be in to pick it up. After hours never heard from him I had to call the dealership n complain again finally they came the men that came were courteous. They did not offer a rental or a loaner vehicle I’ve been having to hitch rides n uber. Still after 4 days no word. When I purchased the vehicle the $500 down payment was not deducted from the total price of the car I’m still waiting to be reimbursed and of COURSE no one has contacted me.

They never return my calls and recently just found out about the recall on transmission! i have breast cancer and only one car, and need to travel out of town and still nothing from these people! Salesman named DEE, is a liar and a worthless salesman. He is the salesman at the time of purchased and lied to our faces about how everything is covered, yet the one time i did get it in they wanted to charge us for everything!!!! i will never purchase another car there EVER! One of the worst, if not the worst, experiences I have had at dealership. I normally don't review anything unless something was insanely good, or in this case, insanely bad.First thing first, what they say they have on their website or even what Kia says they have, isn't remotely accurate. Several vehicles I saw on their website that I inquired about were all sold. Two of them had been sold for well over a week. I went here over two weeks ago to test drive a vehicle. The salesman that helped me couldn't even hold a normal human conversation with me. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, and even the slightest question I would ask this guy, would be met with the most bewildered look and no answer to my question. Most of the time when I would say something he would just look at me and not even say anything and just change the subject. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted to drive on the lot, even though their website said they had several. I asked questions about ordering one and the salesman would, again, just change the subject. So I got ZERO information on ordering one. I got frustrated so just said, let me give you my name and number, and when you get a new one off the truck, please call me so I can come test drive. Hard to want to order something if you can't even drive at least some version of what you are wanting. He took my info and said he would call as soon as one was available to test drive. Since that time, I know for a fact from another dealer that they have gotten two separate shipments with this vehicle on the transport. He never called me. I went back in about a week later. Asked for that same salesman out of respect (big mistake), and asked if they had gotten any of the vehicle, he said no, full well knowing that was a complete lie. When I asked for him he didn't even recognize me. Had no idea who I was even though we had "talked" for an extended period of time days before. I once again asked him to call me as soon as they got one, he took down my information once again, and I left in frustration.Today I happen to drive by the dealership. From the road I saw TWO of these vehicles on the lot! So I pulled up and walked inside, intending to intentionally ask for any other salesman. Even a mop bucket would have been a better help. So who should be the only person to come up and ask "how can I help you", this same salesman, with no other employee even in sight, not even a receptionist. Once again, he doesn't have a clue who I am. I ask about those two vehicles and he said "it's sold", asked "both of them?", he then proceeds to give that bewildered look, then for some reason stares up at the ceiling for a inconceivable amount of time, then finally responds "it's sold". Didn't even bother to ask why he didn't call me. I walked right past him and walked to the sales managers area, the generals managers office was dark and vacated. I waited for 10 minutes, and they were just "too busy" with like 8 employees in that office, to even notice I was there. Left again in complete rage, this time NEVER to return.I will never buy a car from these people. Probably will never buy a Kia because of the way these people do business. I mean if a costumer wants to place an order for a car willing to pay full MSRP, do these people just not want to sell a car and make MSRP profit??? Not to mention, what manger would let this "sales professional" I had to deal with in front of a customer?Kirk, I think you need to find a new career, and maybe some social lessons.
