DO NOT BUY USED VEHICLES FROM GENE MESSER!!! I bought a used Durango from them because I have a growing family and needed something bigger. But when it broke down it, they didn't do anything to help, said to take it somewhere else. The warranty that comes with the cars cover next to nothing, so I was left with an 1800 repair bill. BUT THE CAR STILL DOESNT WANT TO RUN!!! Called gene messer to see what they could do and still no help. Told I had to figure it out on my own. 5 days before Christmas, and three days before I have my 3rd baby born, not the news I wanted to hear.
Will not be a returning customer and will never recommend them to anybody! I had better service from Fiesta Motors when I was a customer with them for over 5 years, and thats saying something!

Scheduled an oil change and rotating the tires. Was done within the time given to me. A discount and the man that completed the paperwork and walked me to my vehicle was very courteous and helpful. That means a lot. Appreciated the way I was treated. Showed respect. Thanks!
