I have never been to a spa. I think everyone would agree that first impression are very important. They are for me anyhow. I called to set up an appointment today for this afternoon. Way out of my comfort zone and the man that answered the phone was very rude. I got ready to go and being the person I am I just couldn't make myself do it. I want to apologize to Lance for being a no-show because that's just not how I like to do business but when it took me so much to just call and and to feel the way that man made me feel. I'm not saying anything bad about anybody but the person answering the phone needs some hospitality training or something. Like I said first impression is important and whenthe first person in a hospitality group is rude that is not a good way to start the day. I'm sure once a person gets in there it would be totally different. But it was that first impression that turned me off from the get go. Take care of your guest from the start and your business will go a long way.

I went in today for a basic French tip with a heart on the ring finger of each hand, and the experience was awful. The technician kept burning my nails, and when I mentioned it, she insisted it wasn’t happening. She was more focused on talking to everyone around her than actually paying attention to my nails. The final result was terrible—my nails are bumpy and not smooth, and the hearts are unevenly placed. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Nail tech was nice and my nails look good. However she was pretty rough with the file and drill. I have four cuts around my cuticles.

Very disappointed. Went in for just a gel mani. They pressured for more services which I declined. Then they filed my nails, didn't dust, and applied the top coat. When it was sharp and bumpy I asked if they could smoth it out and they were very obviously offended I asked and argued with me that it was smooth enough. There's gel all over my cuticles which are poorly cut in general. Not worth the $45.
Cleanliness: Not impressed. I'm very sure the nail bushes are being reused and the cuticle trimmers looked dusty.

Went in to get my dip taken off, and get a mani with shellac. Price was fine. The job was just very sloppy. Nails still had jagged edges and were completely uneven. Polish is all my nails and the edges so it’s going to start lifting and peeling off soon.

Extremely disappointed. Went in for a simple manicure as I was just looking to get my cuticles cleaned up. The technician never made eye contact with me and barely looked at my hands throughout the mani. Charged me $25 for a total of 12 min and ended up having to file my nails when I got home because they were so uneven.

My four year old daughter and I went in for manís and pedis. My tech was good; however my daughter’s tech was rude and very impatient. My daughter gets the kids mani and pedi often. She doesn’t move around a lot and she is not all over the place. She couldn’t even turn around to see the tv because the tech would get on to her and say she’s moving to much. She sat more still than I did and she made it seem like she was constantly moving. Then she proceeded to ask if my daughter acted like that at home. My daughter sat still and did the best she could while sitting in a way too big chair and the tech kept tugging on her feet and telling her to move closer until my daughter was at the edge of the chair. She couldn’t even sit comfortable. Then when it came to her mani my daughter said what she was doing hurt and all the tech said was “this is how we do it”. Worst experience for my daughter and we will not be going back! $130 for an awful experience.

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax for her this evening. My heels are horrible. If I wouldn't have watched them use the callus remover on them, you would never know they did. I actually think they may be worse now. I also had to ask for the remainder of the old polish to be removed before he began painting again. Literally got to soak our feet less than 10 min. We both chose a $45 pedicure. Mine ended up being $55 (not sure why....yes I should have asked but didn't think about it at the moment) and $75 for her pedicure plus wax. The lady ruined her eyebrows. They are crooked. There was no way to fix them or she would have nothing left. Not a great way to start her prom week. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
