Got my first ever car from them and the lady was so nice and very helpful with my payment plan and she was great at answering all my questions! Would definitely recommend them and I am so in love my with car, and it’s thanks to good auto company that I got my first car!

I had purchased a car back in October. They were pretty nice about the purchase. Everything was smooth not even a month later I got into a car accident. The receptionist didn’t let me know that my insurance wasn’t full coverage so I wasn’t able to get my car fixed and I have not had a car for more than seven months. They are no help when it comes to them helping you do not recommend getting a car here. He also did not inform me that my car was a salvaged title. he says they will take care of it but it’s been seven months and nothing so I’m having to get an attorney to follow suit against them and the other parties insurance and if it’s my job to make sure my insurance is correct why tell me u are going to check to make sure it’s correct. If you did anything that you said this wouldn’t have happened

These guys are full of LIES, these cars have been wrecked, totaled out by an insurance company Good Auto purchase the cars fix them and sell them with a salvage title,then you go and try and put full coverage insurance on the vehicle you can't or you try and trade it off and you cant,they don't tell you it's been wrecked or nothing..Stay Away from this place bad bad business and also they will forged your name saying you knew it was a salvage title I have contacted the
BBB and i also contact a lawyer
as well,been dealing with this issue for about 2yrs....

I highly recommend going to Good Auto Company. I went to other used car dealerships that wouldn't help. But my experience with Good Auto Company was awesome. The application process was quick and they showed me a vehicle with monthly payments in my budget range. Thank you Good Auto Company.

Read the review before you buy from here!!!! We are not the only ones that bought a car after being lied to. We bought a vehicle there 3 months ago. It had been wrecked, but according to them it was cosmetic only. He showed up pictures and we asked several times if the motor had been damaged. He assured us it was cosmetic only. He lied!!! The car had 69k miles on it. We haven’t even put 200 miles on it and the motor is messed up. It had an issue with it that wasn’t fixed or checked when it was sold. These people lie to get business. Now we have to pay to have it replaced and they pretty much told us it was our problem. We called Oscar and he said, “ did you check the oil???” Are you kidding me? He said they had changed all the fluids before we picked it up. Save your money and go to a real dealership. We spent 10k and now have to fix the motor. We will never do business with them or recommend that anyone does business with this company of scammers and liars.
