Poor customer service. Today I saw the store clerk being very snippy and rude with a customer asking questions when the store did not have her preferred brand and asked for assistance finding a similar product.

We only have a few cigar places in town. This is the best of all. Nice selection of ciger and great welcoming atmosphere.

I only stop in Lubbock once a month but man this place is awesome. Joe is welcoming and knowledgeable on the cigar game! Must stop for cigar lovers in the area.
