I had a bad experience at this location. I was minding my own business when a lady who works there, rudly told me to get off the furniture. They need to put signs that says "not to sit on the chairs". There's was no apology before the her comment and no appreciation after.

Truckers! This should be your last resort to load at. Very friendly people but the process is very slow, also weight management is not under control. You have to go to the scale before and after loading.

Always find good iteams for a great price.
One of my favorite places to visit,
You can find everything you want in this place,
From furniture,to garden stuff, clothes, toys, books and so much more.
Staff is helpful and Sonya is a very kind to children,
Always caring and making sure they are safe.
Thanks for this Goodwill and staff for they try to keep everything Tidy and non hazard.

We've been visiting the Goodwill Pound Store since it first opened about three blocks north from its current location and we've had our ups and downs with it as with any store but here recently, some of the decisions made by Management have been counterintuitive to who it is that visits these stores. The highly (over)priced items that are often broken after the rough handling prior to bringing it into the store OR so clearly used and priced as if they are brand new was / is was why a lot of furniture items would remain in place for weeks overlooked and walked past before they cycle it out. Then came the closure of the restrooms which is understandable because of how the restrooms would be left but leads to question how often they'd be cleaned.. but most recently, the rule that no one can sit anywhere in the store, more specifically on the furniture. While I understand that the furniture is for sale, one would think there would be a specific area designated for those who need to sit due to a disability or ailment. They've had one previously which worked well and then it vanished. A majority of the clientele who shop with Goodwill are disabled or elderly, so the ability to have a seat (like in other stores) as needed is what keeps people IN the store and willing to shop. The overall experience has taken a sharp dip in recent months, truly.

The Goodwill Career Center is unbelievably useless! I was very happy when we went there one day, and I felt more confident after talking with a career coach. I had an interview the next day and I was told that she wanted to hire me. I had an appointment with a case manager at the Goodwill Career Center, and he got mad at me because I didn't go to my appointment with him. I told him that I didn't go to my appointment because I was told that I was going to be hired during that interview. And I was hired and I'm working there now. So now the Goodwill Career Center refuses to talk to me anymore and they also refuse to help my son with preparing him to find a job. That's extremely immature and unprofessional.

First of all, I should tell you that I'm biased because I LOVE Goodwill. Second, I should tell you that if you don't like digging through stuff for bargains, you won't like this place like I do. Now, having said all that, this place is awesome!!! 75 cents per pound! That's right... electronics, home decor, clothing, workout equipment, cleaning and yard maintenance tools, basically a little bit of everything and all for 75 cents per pound!

The older lady checking out really shouldn't be working around people. She claimed I cut in line. I didn't realize, I was embarrassed turned around and apologized. The lady kept staring at me and the guy behind me. He told her several times that is was fine. I apologized again to the gentleman. She then says in a mocking way, "oh, I've gone and embarrassed you". I'm not sure how she has a job when she can be that way with customers.
