The staff is incredibly friendly and talented! I’m obsessed with their selection of flowers and fillers ? I came by with this small vase and they helped me pick out some beautiful stems to fill it with. 10/10 will be returning

Very professional and thoughtful. Store is emaculate, and they have a wide variety to choose from!

Could not be happier with the flowers I ordered for my nephew and his girlfriends prom. I gave them creative freedom and am so happy I did. They did a beautiful and unique job putting together arrangements that complemented their attire perfectly. Loved the pocket slide instead of a boutonniere. We were given a time frame day of prom to pick up which worked well. The flowers were fresh and well secured. Will definitely use them for future floral needs.

--Then the owner proceeds to take private video from my Facebook and post it for the world to see, very uncalled for and unprofessional. I have attached photos of the dead boutonniere, and flowers falling out on stage and in my family photos. I cannot prove to anyone enough how rude and hateful these people have been to me and my family. What a way to run a business! My wedding bouquet and my now husbands boutonniere were done by Grayce floral. My husbands boutonniere completely went dead within an hour after it was delivered and looked absolutely horrible. My bouquet starting falling apart before the wedding even started and was having to shove flowers back in even before I walked down the aisle. My mother, who is a florist, trusted Grayce to do a good job and they surly disappointed. My wedding bouquet was even falling apart at the alter while I was saying my vows. My mom proceeded to call the florist about 2 days after the wedding to let them know what happened. The lady she spoke with was very rude and abrupt, she stated the owner would get back with us. A week went by and my mom called yet again. The lady she spoke to previously was, yet again, abrupt and rude and stated the owner would call, she is extremely busy. About and hour went by and my mom received the call. The owner was very rude and proceeded to put the blame on me as the bride. She stated that I was not careful enough with my bouquet and from a video they saw that it held together just fine. (Little did they know about 30 seconds prior in the video greenery and a rose had fallen out on the stage when my made of honor handed me my bouquet to walk back down the aisle and everyone in the audience saw it.) My mom was very nice to the owner (I was listening), but she proceeded to put the blame on us and stated that my mother in law messaged them stating that it was perfect and beautiful, so they don't understand why they are getting this from us now. Come to find out one of the ladies saw a photo that she shared of me in my bridals, which the flowers were done by my mother, in silk, not done by Grayce. My mother in law was talking about how beautiful of a daughter in law I was in my bridals. My mother in law never messaged them once to say how beautiful and great the flowers were. She is insulted they put words in her mouth that were never said and so call message she never sent. They have been nothing but rude during these circumstances and have had no regret for what they gave to me on my wedding day. My bouquet, what was left of it, was dead by the end of the night and so was my husbands boutonniere that was unable to be preserved. I took his boutonniere off of him half way through photos, so I didn't have a dead flower in all of my wedding photos. We do not want anyone else to have this problem, so that is why we reached out. They asked for videos and proof, as a bride and mother of the bride you are telling me you are going to go grab your phone to document your bridal bouquet falling apart all while you are trying to get married?! So unprofessional. In return for photos I can have my whole bridal party/guests in attendance call and tell them about my dead/falling out flowers?! We understand that everyone is human and it happens sometimes things don't go right, but the owner never wanted to speak with me again, did not want to say sorry, no remorse at all.I recommend you DO NOT use them for your bridal/wedding needs so you may not end up like I did. With a bouquet falling apart, boutonniere dead on your husbands chest, and then afterwards the florist put the blame on you and everyone else, but themselves. Save yourself the heartache and choose a better florist! I am not one to give reviews, but since my wedding 3 months ago, I feel that I have given Grayce enough time to apologize at least and have not heard one word since my mother and I reached out. I feel they and others should be made aware of the kind of business this company is. (Go look at other reviews on Google and you will see I am not the only one that has had run ins with them

Very Dissatisfied. I ordered my cousin a $150 arrangement and she received a $75 one. The hydrangeas and roses were dead after a few days. The owner was discourteous, argumentative and doesn’t treat her customers with respect. When I told Grayce I would be writing a bad review she started laughing which is so unprofessional! Would not recommend this florist.

Floral arrangement was delivered already turning brown and dropping petals. Had to be thrown out in 2 days. My son used this florist because it was locally owned. Did they send inferior product because he ordered from out of town? Will not use them again. I’m disappointed because the web page promises better.

Every year, for the past several years, I have ordered flowers from Grayce Floral and they do not disappoint. Most recently I called in two sympathy flowers and they were delivered very quickly The phone service received is always friendly. I am from Houston & only use Grayce for all my floral needs, year after year. I wish I had a picture of all the arrangements I ordered through the years, they were outstanding.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. They arrived quickly the day I ordered them. The reason for less than 5 stars is the flowers wilted very fast. Grocery store flowers have lasted longer. Also, they did not quote or mention a delivery fee but still charged one.

Bought a plant via their Instagram (Which I'd done before without problems). It was never delivered. I would communicate with them often for delivery dates and times and they would no show. Finally, after three times of asking for a refund they gave it to me in August. Disappointed.

In 2018 I hired Southern elegance designs to do the florals for my wedding. After 3 separate meetings they still asked me what flowers to use, the week of the wedding. The florals looked nothing like we had discussed. At one point I even went into the store to drop off ribbon and extra lace from my wedding gown to wrap my bouquet. Only to discover on my wedding day they forgot to use it. They also forgot the flowers to decorate the cake, which they asked for me to go pick up.
