First time I've gone to a hairstylist in a few years and it was great! No pressure to talk. Nothing was too loud or too quiet. My stylist was very nice and patient!

I would appreciate it if the barber looked at the picture I showed rather than relying on the notes left by the previous barber. I made it clear what haircut I wanted, but she barely glanced at the photo and she assumed she already knew what I wanted, which resulted in my hair being cut the wrong way. I know many experienced barber would take the time to look at pictures and listen to what the customer wants instead of cutting hair right away.

This location is beyond amazing. We will come to them for all our haircuts from here on out. We decided to go to another place closer for Convenience and we ended up having to come here to have the fix the haircuts. They fixed the haircuts with no problem. Thank you all again so much!

I have been a natural curly girl for 10+ years, and i’ve always wanted a curly cut, but i have been skeptical about who, and where i go to get that service. I got a curly cut about 5 years ago, or so, and it was the worst experience ever, which is why i couldn’t trust anyone to cut my curls again. I finally let my guard down, and went back to Great Clips today, and I had the best experience I ever had at a salon, in a while. I want to thank Zoey for her excellent customer service, and for understanding my needs for my curly cut! I’m so happy with my curly cut! It really brought out the definition of my curls and made them look so healthy and vibrant! I can’t keep my fingers out of my hair!!
