Service was ok. The wait time on the app stated 14 min. When we checked in we waited over 30. The stylists were constantly having to leave the clients in the chairs to go check in the walk ins. They seemed like they were drowning with lack of staff and lots of customers. Wait time went from 14 min to 40 and we were still waiting after 30 min+. The company should consider having a receptionist that checks in the customers so the stylists aren’t required to maintain the desk while servicing a client. I feel bad for the stylists in this situation. Coming back to edit after my son’s hair cut. It was terrible!! His bangs are super jagged and un even and super short. He’s so upset. I knew better !!!

Absolutely horrible, I’d rate zero if I could. I said I wanted an inch and a half left on the top and I left with a half an inch on the top of my head. I’m literally leaving to vacation with basically a buzz cut. Go to a different location.

I have good luck with the stylist here. I have short hair. I have found that most stylist have difficulty cut women short hair. So far the two have cut my hair have done a good job.
