I’ve had a very disappointing experience with your company and feel it needs to be addressed.
My 14-year-old daughter, who is homeschooled, placed a grocery order while I was at work. When I received the notification, I saw that a $61 driver tip had been added. I immediately contacted customer service to have this corrected. Instead of simply adjusting or refunding the tip which was charged separately on a different card ~ I was told the entire order would need to be canceled and that I would have to wait up to 10 days for my money to be returned, depending on my bank.
When I explained that I would dispute only the tip amount with my bank, I was told that doing so would show that I “owed” your company money and that I would no longer be able to place future orders. That response was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering I was not disputing the entire order ~only the tip that was clearly added by mistake.
The way tipping is presented makes it very easy to overlook, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was met with pushback and poor customer service. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I expect better communication and accountability from a company handling customer finances. WE ARE NOT IN THE WRONG HERE!!!

Every Time we're in TX we shop at HEB always good sales can shop for food and house hold necessities great place, Friendly people, Nothing like the butter tortillas its a must try.

This was only my second time going to an H-E-B because we don't have any where I live. It's a great place to shop. Lots of variety and good prices. The employee working the self checkout was really friendly and helpful. I had a bit of a hard time paying there.
