The app and online banking are terrible. They barely work and have a million bugs. Not to mention they are close on weekends and then also close at 4 so if you work a 9+5 your screwed if you need something. Also using third party applications and software is impossible Wich is SUPER annoying. Honestly my entire experience with this bank over two years has been God awful. They have a really bad habit of leaving you dead in the water consistently. I'm reasonable, once or twice is fine, but they consistently screw you with their hours and online banking.

We walked into happy state bank on 19th street. And a young lady that helped us with was very kind and courteous. I wish all the banks that I go to had help like this. Kaylee Kemper was so much help and took the time to explain everything to us. Made our weekend.

Ever since centennial bought them out their service has been absolutely terrible and there always seems to be a problem with my account and it’s not just me I know 4 other people who use happy and who have also been having issuesIf I cannot get these issues resolved on Monday I will be closing my account and switching to another bank because I am so tired of this bull

2/10 recommend the Happy State Bank app NEVER works EVER and When you try to call the bank nobody every answers. I would recommend choosing a different bank.

Centennial Bank was recently purchased by Happy State Bank, and while I am always hesitant about change I can say that I have been nothing but pleased with how they are handling this change over. Greg Houlette contacted me personally in regards to help with accessing my accounts, and he was able to answer my questions in a very timely manner. I am now able to see everything perfectly, and am looking forward to a great banking relationship with Happy State Bank as I had with Centennial Bank.

New branch manager needed, even though the chargers weren't my fault he would not approve the overdraft charges to be refunded. Everyone else is really nice and friendly!

I'm very frustrated over the online banking and the banking app. They never work for me consistently. Why? I go in for help and I'm nicely guided through the basics. Then I wait through the 1 - 3 business days for everything to work...by the time that time frame is over...nothing works again. I've tried and retried at least 7 times. No luck. Now on this last attempt....random phone numbers show that aren't mine and I always get the messaage that my user id is invalid. It's exhausting.....other than this, your actual banks and employees are fabulous!

I have banked with Happy for a few years now, & it's a really good bank. I have been amazed by the customer service that they have everyone is pleasant and professional. I have my fair share of hick ups when it comes to my own personal banking mistakes or miscommunications, but Me. Haley Cochran has been very helpful and understanding every single time. She has helped my get my business acct, helps me with my personal acct as well as questions about moves I want to make in the future. I have decided to stay with Happy because of the customer service. If you're thinking about making the jump to HAPPY STATE BANK ....talk to HALEY COCHRAN.

Best bank ever, they truly go above and beyond, people working there are amazing and professional, I never had a problem(which is rare at other banks), they treat each customer very personally, I had numerous cases when they helped me tremendously, including opening the bank twenty minutes early just for me. Can't even imagine using another bank.
