I can't say anything bad about this place. I walked in and under a minute an employee came right up to me and asked what I was looking for. Even though her hands were full she directed me to exactly what I needed. Super friendly!!!

The Lubbock location is the most friendly and helpful Harbor Freight store I have ever been in. My work means I'm in HF at least a couple of times a month and while employees are usually fairly happy and friendly, it's nothing compared to the group at the Lubbock store. Keep up the good work people!

This place is awesome. You don't have to try saving your receipts not here they keep record for you. Bought a set of ratchet wrenches. I broke one brought it back to them . No questions asked they gave me a new one . I recommend this store to all my family and friends. Two thumbs up
