From the very beginning, Blair at Hart Moving made the entire process seamless. She was responsive, professional, and remained actively involved throughout the entire move to ensure everything flowed smoothly.
The moving crew arrived right on time and worked efficiently while still handling every item with great care. They were courteous, organized, and clearly took pride in what they do. They were done quickly but never felt rushed, and every item arrived safe and sound.
What truly made the experience stand out were the thoughtful touches—like Courtney having a “Welcome Home” sign at the new house. It made the day feel special and took the stress out of what is normally an overwhelming process.
Hart Moving does everything great movers should do, and more. I felt supported from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. They truly set the bar high!

Hart Moving & Storage did such a good job moving us from Lubbock to our house in a smaller town. They took great care of all of our things - wrapping everything in packing paper, properly unloading everything, etc. Daniel & his team packed us one day and moved us the next. I’m so thankful for their help with packing & moving. I originally didn’t intend to have them pack us, but I had them provide a quote for moving only AND the full packing/moving process. Worth it!!

I have used Hart in the past without any issues. The crew was friendly. They tried to make quick work of the job which was appreciated, but I feel they weren't as careful with the furniture as they could have been. I have several pieces that were chipped and scratched. A custom chair leg was broken and it doesn't recline as smoothly as before. Boxes were randomly placed in different rooms. Not everything was placed where needed. Some of our walls and baseboards need touching up. For the price the attic should have been included. The process to file a claim is over 3 months and most likely not worth the time or the money for a subjective review. Will not use again.

Couldn't ask for a better team! Eli, Paul, and Donnie were wonderful. Easy to get along with, listen to concerns, competent movers and just fun to work with. Couldn't be happier with the service and attitude of these guys. Recommend them highly!!!!
