Marissa (hope I'm spelling this right), was dripping with sweetness! Her demeanor and rhetoric was straight the point while also trying to personally connect with me. I just moved to Lubbock and was overwhelmed with how big the store was. I just needed an ink pad, and Marissa took me right where I needed to be and took time to check me out personally. Will be coming back to see her!
