I absolutely love going to this Home Depot! Our associate that helped us today was Dan! I needing a hose for my washing machine and he found one and gave me excellent advice on how to use it with my sink. He also was generous enough to leave his department and go above and beyond to make a copy of a key I needed. Again, I will surely be back!

Update:After the door was ordered the 3rd time, it was finally the correct door. The installers, Rachael and her husband were the best. They professionally installed the door and made sure my sister could maneuver the threshold with her wheelchair. They also cleaned up after the installation.In August, my sister ordered a door including installation. After 6 weeks, door came in but was wrong door so they reordered. Today it was to be installed. Well the installers brought the door and it was still the wrong door. My sister is in a wheelchair and needs a low threshold, this door had a high threshold. The low threshold was specified on her original order. After two incorrect orders, these people areincompetent.

Overall Home Depot is my go to place for anything hardware or appliance related. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the housekeeping and the leaving of pallets and baskets of garbage around in isles.

Every time we drive past Home Depot my 4-year-old grandson yells "THERE'S HOME DEPOT AND ITS OUR FAVORITE! " We do shop there quite a bit. I love that the app has 'store mode' so if I can't find something I can look it up and it tells me exactly where to look (aisle number and section number) and also tells me the price and how many are in stock. The self-checkout lanes are nice but I usually try to use a cashier because they are so friendly (they seem to actually like their jobs) and are really kind to my little shopping partner. Also, thanks to my young shopping buddy, I know the bathrooms are also very clean.

Asked 4 different people for help and spent 30 minutes waiting for someone in hardware just to help me find a screw. The person never ended up showing up, had to leave. I even asked a person who worked in hardware for help directly and they said they were helping someone else. Didn’t want to wait any longer so I left.

Bought a Maytag dishwasher, excellent price. Purchased on 1st expected on 8th but wasn't delivered till 15th. Paid for waterline kit and new electric cord. Didn't have with order when went to pick up, had to ask for them and they had to go get some off shelf. Ordered in Black , when our own hired plumber opened box it was stainless steel. Very frustrating but will keep it cause don't want to wait for another 15-20 days for yet ANOTHER one.

I ask 3 employees to help me find a tool I needed. They all told me where to go and I still couldn't find it. I saw this lady I believe her name was Tiara who works in the appliance area. This employee has helped me the last 3 days because I have large products to complete right now. She has even come and ask me if I needed help. So today I saw her and I walked to her. I knew it was not her area but again she was so helpful. She looked up the item and it says there were 15 items. The reason why I couldn't find it was because it was out of stock where they were suppose to be displayed. She found the box up high in the shelf and went and got a ladder to help me get the tool I needed. Then she restock where the tools were supposed to be. Even in this time where there are not enough employees in many business I was grateful that she works there. Because I was about to leave and go to another store to get what I needed. Thanks

Home Depot used to be top-notch customer service. You used to be unable to walk down an aisle without 2 or 3 friendly representatives asking if you needed help, directions, or "What are you working on?" Now all the employees stand around together and when you approach them about locating something, they "tell" you where it is and do not walk you there. Then you stand in a self-checkout line...where are the savings if I'm doing everything myself? I'm willing to pay for customer service if it's provided. I'm going to find a Mom and Pop store and shop there religiously from now on...
