She didn't even ask about my deductions, which I had a lot. Over charged me. Service was terrible beause she didn't even know what she was doing. Kept asking for help. Waste of my time and completely waste of my money. Felt like she was just trying to rush through it like if she had a time limit. Price and my total of money I will recieve was slim to nothing. I always get a decent amount. I was definitely being robbed. Hate H&R block. Never going there again.
