Ever since having to medically retire, (I was only in my 30s), and becoming disabled due to my health issues, the task of completing and filing my taxes has become very stressful and traumatic. I literally go into a panic attack every time I think about it. Last year, I went in-person to H&R Block and had my taxes filed with Kimberly. But this year, I was able to download their app and do EVERYTHING online. I had two phone calls with my tax preparer, Kimberly, which was the same as last year, and then, when everything was ready, I was able to sign and submit them with a click of a button. I do have some follow-up to do with the IRS, but that is something I was expecting, and I will get it done soon, as I’ve now been notified that the IRS has accepted my tax filing.
This was an EASY experience for me. It RELIEVED my anxiety, and offered me a way to do what must be done in a manner that was HELPFUL FOR ME! I will be using H&R Block next year, and this time, I won’t have to procrastinate.

One of the most incompetent and negligent tax professionals I have ever seen. My tax returns were simple but involved an out of state income. This was enough to confuse them. They kept me on wait for two weeks, and I ended up doing the taxes myself. The truth is that they agents there are trained only to enter simple numbers into their software, and anything out of State is beyond their capabilities.
