My battery crapped out on my car - in my garage - on a really busy work day. In desperation, I found these guys online and gave them a call. My experience was outstanding. They were so helpful on the phone, they didn't talk down to me (which happens a lot when you're a woman trying to deal with automotive challenges), they were friendly and direct. They made it out to me the same afternoon. They kept me posted the entire time, and when the person scheduled to come out got delayed, they sent someone else so I wouldn't be inconvenienced by waiting until the next day. Installation was quick, the service was top notch, and they'll be the first place I recommend to family/friends in Lubbock who find themselves in a similar situation. The price was fair and reasonable for the level of service and battery they brought to install. Highly recommended, give these guys a shot! You won't be sorry.

Not gonna find a cheaper battery than these guys in town and that will travel to you for installation!!

THANK YOU!!!! Ya’ll are phenomenal. My son’s car battery died. Ya’ll came out to his apartment complex, changed his battery and checked his starter/alternator too. Got his car running again. Sal and the woman who answered the phone in the office ( don’t remember her name ?) were both so kind and helpful.

Hubcity Batteries came out first thing this morning to help me and out did them selves quick, efficient and great prices ! Plus he went way out of his way to come and help me out! My husband has used them for years and he’s out of town working so he told me to use them and strictly them! I see why now! Thanks guys !

Hub city battery rocks. Noe stayed late to take care of my diesel trucks battery and got me in and out in 10 min. Easiest and cheapest battery change experience I’ve ever seen. On top of that the refurbished battery only cost 1/3 of what I would have paid anywhere else and cranked right up with a warranty. Don’t go to a chain store, hit hub city battery when yours goes out. They’re the best!

Hub City Batteries was recommended to me by a friend when I woke up to a dead battery, took them less than 30 minutes to get to my house and get my car going! So fast and SO friendly! I cannot recommend them enough!! Coming from a single mom who doesn't have many options, they are truly a Blessing!
