Update: A few days later they reached out and provided us free delivery to our home!
Waited got 15 minutes, ring bell, all the thing I could do but got no one coming out. Close early everyday and today is Monday, won't close until 6pm but still got no one out at 12:30pm

Excellent idea for a pickup point for IKEA and others as well. Customer service was exceptional, even loaded my car for me. Would not hesitate to have items delivered here for pickup again.
