No answer, keeps hanging up on me, the number and extension to call than hangs up. How can anyone get ahold of an actual person when the numbers do not lead to anything other than being hung up on.

No one is answering the phones . Every number I call for the IRS is telling me "we're sorry but due to high call volume we can't take your call right now." Trash .

Literally no matter the time of year, time of your call, etc. you won’t get through unless it’s a miracle. Good luck. They’re also rude af. They cut you off, don’t listen, and literally don’t care.

I called they answered I told them what I was looking for and then they put me on hold and never came back they did that to me twice early in the morning I didn't no response they don't even listen to you they literally just put you on hold just leave it there they left me there for an hour or two

If i could post a lower score i would absolutely no help at all number is no good just keeps saying cant complete the call and hangs up then you go to the website not help there at all either the irs is fast to take your money but ridiculously slow or impossible to get help from them

Closed for lunch. Why isn't there someone to help customers during lunch. Lunch is when most working people need to do business. Shameful, no customer service!
