She went above and beyond to get me and my wife taken care of, communicated great and really made the whole purchase smooth and pleasant. I needed to get my engagement ring resized and walked into the store not sure of what the process was. Emily assisted me the moment I walked in and happily answered my many questions. She sincerely went above and beyond with her outstanding customer service! This was much appreciated as I had never been to Jared here in Lubbock before and recently had an unsatisfactory experience with the customer service I received from a different jewelry store in town. My husband and I went into the store today just looking around at the wedding bands to upgrade from ours now, and the whole staff was so kind!Emily and Taylor were so helpful! Taylor was so sweet and helpful from the beginning, definitely made us feel welcome! She gracefully understood the life of my crazy children running around playing and made them feel just as welcome.Emily was so sweet helping us find what we wanted and helping inform us of the great sales they had going on! We got to walk out the store with a brand new ring for my husband. She was so helpful and kind answering any questions we had and helping me get the best deal!We love Jared and will definitely be back!!

My first time shopping for an engagement ring, I felt the experience could be a little overwhelming. As a walk-in, the staff was very friendly. I was greeted right away and after mentioning why I was there, I was directed to Collette Gillham. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering any question I had. Collette made the shopping experience easy and I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. I thought I would shop around more but eventually returned to Jared at the Canyon West shopping center. Collette once again helped me to select the pieces that would be assembled to create the ring I had in mind. It came out looking amazing and I couldn't be happier. Emily was awesome! We were able to set an appointment ahead of time and she worked with us on travel delays as well. She was welcoming and very friendly! Presented options to us clearly and wasn’t afraid to take charge and even show us something we didn’t expect we’d like. We found me wedding band thanks to her!! Thank you!

Taylor Ruffing automatically greeted and was ready to help/ direct us to what we were looking for! & coming in the next day for sizing Emily & Gracie helped us with so much information and was such a welcoming and family like experience I have never been so comfortable in a store until yesterday and today! I came to Jared with little to no experience on what to look for in an engagement ring and was very intimidated at the thought of buying one. At Jared I was helped by both Taylor and Emily who really took the time to get to know me and help me navigate the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. Before I even walked in , I spoke with Emily on the phone, she invited me to come over to the store and she was very professional. I came in and she was kind and patient allowing me to look at different bracelets for my Godsons graduation, I chose a beautiful one and she gave me some water while I waited to get the could gift wrapped.
