Just fantastic place of business!!!! Calm, kind, respectful and very fair in all they do for us! This is my go to oil place in town!!!!! Music is so soothing, coffee and popcorn! And they are FAST!!!!!!

First time to jiffy lube and I was taken back on how professional, kind and timely this bunch was. The last 2 or 3 times I’ve received service from Take 5 on 82nd and University and was appalled each time by their lack of kindness, professionalism and knowledge. I always felt like a burden. I will continue to use Jiffy Lube now!

Jiffy lube is the place to go they vacuumed my car wiped my windows left me clean and ready for the road they offer free sodas or water and popcorn! ( While supplies last ) Staff is friendly and helpful recommend to anybody in the south Lubbock or Wolforth area!

I pulled into Jiffy Lube yesterday with my husband's car because it was having some issues and it stalled out right before going in. The staff was amazing and pushed it into the garage. They also were very kind through everything. Biggest thanks to Bill and Samuel for going above and beyond and having the kindest hearts. Will always recommend ya'll for now on?

WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Went in to get an oil change and everything seemed fine but went out to my car the next morning to find I had oil leaking from the jeep all over my drive way.(mind you I never had an issue with it before we took it here to get the oil changed) took it back to them and told them what happened and they took no accountability they told me there was some manufacturing issue and it happens all the time with my vehicle and it was going to cost me $900 bucks to fix! I took it to two other shops to get opinions about it bc it didn’t seem right and they both confirmed they had to have messed something up when they did the oil change for it to be leaking that much oil. Honestly ever since I took my car to this place I have had nothing but issues since then, after all that now I get a notification to check oil pressure lol Take you car anywhere else unless you have an extra couple grand you can spend here for them to mess up your car

Staff is very courteous and friendly.
Oil change on 4 cyl engine requiring 4 qts of oil $79.99
Engine air filter $30.49
Cabin air filter $44.99
After taxes total for what was supposed to be a simple oil change $165.17!
My daughter went by herself for first time to JiffyLube-taking advantage of a young lady? Maybe, maybe not, just looks suspicious to me. So we won't be going back. And if you have a daughter/wife--go with them.
