So in regard to the newest review about billy fighting someone. Im the other guy in that photo. Billy and i are very much the best of friends. whats shown in the picture is not as it seems. There was no fight. it was a bett(off of company property) i bett him that he couldnt knock me down and clearly i lost😂 billy is a good man. A great friend. A man in pursuit of Gods heart. And one heck of a father. Please to those who read these reviews know. Billy does his best for his customers and his friends.(in his case no one can tell the difference between the two because of his welcoming customer service) please continue to support this shop that will always have my heart.

This is the only place i recommend going the management is good compared to the other location and i caught this video at the other one, but i can only share a screen shot, the fist photo they were arguing over something and i caught that the 2nd is how my car was when i left my undercarriage was dragging and i had to get it removed

I do not recommend this place at all took over an hour to do the oil change herd loud banging underneath my truck took off my entire skid plate. Missing screws missing pieces of my skid plate hoses not connected right causing my truck to run different dipstick oil check was not properly sealed engine bay completely dirty from oil going everywhere Lubbock, Texas and 82nd St. do not recommend Jiffy Lube !!

I was looking for a new place to get oil changes and this was a great experience. Everyone was wonderful from the moment I pulled up until I left. Definitely recommended.

Had to come in while moving cross country because our AC wasn't working properly. Steve and his team got us in quick and got parts delivered to the store within 30 minutes. From start to finish the service we received was above and beyond what we anticipated. I highly recommend this location. Thank you so much for helping us out. The bunnies appreciated it too! ☺️

regularly use jiffy lube during the past several years when oil changes. But this place for a small car synthetic oil change asked for $109 dollars (not including any other services), it took them 10 minutes to finish the whole job. Never go there again.

These folks are great! Omw on a roadtrip, serviced my car in 20ish minutes, no hassles, showed me the replaced parts, upfront on pricing...just great! Rhianna and Charles were super communicative and professional! Keep up the good work!
