Tire was decent price called ahead told me he had it had to search for it when I got there, ended up not able to remove tire easily, used hammer to remove tire now my car is shaking š«Ø need alignment and more work done now. Long story short you get what you pay for. Not taking my business here anymore.

These guys rock they took 2 tires off and put 2 back on the front of my dodge. For a very good price. I was a walk Inn. Took 7min from time I pulled in until I pulled out. Unbelievable

Ok so, it was memorial Day on Monday and I was visiting my sister in Lubbock. I'm from out of town. My sis noticed two roofing nails in two of my tires, and it was gonna be too unsafe to drive the hour home,that way. I could not find ANY tire shops open. I finally reached these guys who were ready to go asap! I got there and they took my tires off the second I got there and had my tires fixed in about 10 minutes! They were very nice and helpful! Excellent service. And,so fast! Not to mention the price CANNOT be beat. Go see these guys! Life savers

Never again they do not fix your tires didnāt even put air in my tire!!! Tire light still on smh never in life going to that tire shop and Iām new to Lubbock ..

Been going here for years, I was gifted a set of 4 tires from a friend and they were dropped off at the shop to be put on, I spoke with Randy and he stated āhe couldnāt remember where they were placedā to give him until the next day, and to contact him. Called the next day and he said he still couldnāt find them and they were possibly in his work truck to call him that following Monday. Once again I called and he stated he was still trying to locate them and if I wanted to buy one they had some there at the shop. Which doesnāt make sense. Why would I buy a set when I was gifted a set. I am going to attempt to try again this following Monday, if I get the same response I will take further actions considering the fact that I have every conversation on record.

My wife had an unrepairable blowout while I was stuck at work and couldnāt help. Called several places they wanted to charge outrageous prices to replace it. She called Jones Tire and Mr. Rudy got her in immediately and placed a like new Michelin tire for a fantastic price installation included. They really helped her out and got her fixed up and on the road. I highly recommend you give them a call for any tire needs. 10 out of 10 recommend.

EVERY. SINGLE. FKN. TIME!
THIS IS THE 4TH TIME IN A MONTH THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED. GOOGLE AND SIGNAGE SAYS CLOSES AT 5:30PM. WOULD DO ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. CALLED BEFORE 5 TO TRY TO AVOID THIS AS WELL. ANYONE WITH A JOB THAT GETS OUTTA WORK AT 5 DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME AND GAS LIKE I HAVE.
CHANGE THE SIGN AND GOOGLE INFO IF YOU CLOSE BEFORE THE LISTED TIMES. IT ISNT HARD.
