Jarrod was extremely helpful and very courteous. He helped us pick out the wedding ring of our dreams. Sofi the manager was extremely nice and courteous as well we ended up purchasing two wedding rings from them after leaving Zales with a bad experience. I could not pick a better experience buying a wedding ring, we will definitely be back

She cleaned two items and inspected them. She was Soo friendly. Great customer service. She took my bracelet for repair and told me about a sale on a piece of jewelry i am interested in. I Felt like I was talking to a friend. She is a keeper!!!!!!!??

Bought my men’s wedding band at this store in December 2022. Also bought the warranty with it which includes sizing. Got married in April of 2023 and lost some weight for the wedding. Stopped into the store after wedding to ask for a spacer since the ring is now a little too big. I didn’t want to send it off to get re-sized since there is a chance that I’ll put the weight back on and then the ring will be too small. Long story short the associate was insistent that they would charge me $40 for the ring spacer, even though I bought it there and purchased the warranty. It may not seem like a big deal to most but i feel like this type of nickel and diming of customers is petty and I will never go back into a Kay jewelers again. In addition the staff was very nonchalant about the whole thing which was even more disappointing. I am SO GLAD that I bought my wife’s expensive set across the mall at Zales. In comparison their customer service has been remarkably better.

Kay has the best manager in the world. I have been coming in and out of this store for over 20 years and she is the best thing that has happened here. All the staff is wonderful. All the staff is kind and courtesy and helpful. I've known other jewelry store. And this store goes out of their way to help people. They are very knowledgeable. They need to figure out a way to allow Sophie to train other supervisors, to be kind and treat thier customers wellFirst impressions mean everything and when we shopped with Sophie she made a difference. When I visit and speak to the other staff in the store they have been trained well and will forever shop at Kay's! If the upper management want to talk to me, I can speak to them directly and say how great they are, you can call me directly.
