They will extort your money, and act unethically & unprofessionally.
This has been by far the worst experience using Keller Williams for a home purchase. The realtor's behavior was both unethical and unprofessional. Despite reaching a verbal agreement, the sellers and their realtor from Keller Williams attempted to add additional costs at the last minute without allowing for negotiation time, causing significant distress to us as the buyers. Moreover, after the option period ended, they tried to withhold our earnest money, essentially extorting us. We had to resort to legal assistance to retrieve the money and found Keller Williams unresponsive to the complaints, even causing distress to our own realtor. This place is just embarrassing.

Unethical and unprofessional. Use ANY OTHER REALTOR COMPANY TO REPRESENT YOU.
I (buyer) have been working a deal to purchase a home in Lubbock. The realtor representing the sellers was astoundingly unprofessional and unethical. We had a verbal agreement ready to go. The sellers/ seller’s realtor tried to sneak in a cost to us at the last minute and did not give us time to negotiate (sent to us at 4:30pm on the last day of the option period). Once our option period had ended, they claimed that they had a right to our earnest money since we did not come to an agreement - nor did we provide notice of termination. Essentially, they were extorting us for several thousand dollars of our own cash that we had put down, and they attempted to walk back/ rescind every aspect of the negotiatio knowing that if we did not agree, we would lose our earnest money. Had to consult attorneys to get our money back. I called Keller Williams to complain about this issue and they did not care at all. It got to the point where my realtor was brought to tears. I will not tolerate this shady, slimy, sketchy business practice.
I will NEVER use Keller Williams any where, and if I am buying a home in Lubbock I will request that the sellers use a different agency.

Keller Williams just tried to post my house for sale today only they were a block off 4511 not 4611 and wouldn't believe me that our house will never be for sale by them. What kind of people do you hire anyway? We won't be hiring you to sell any of the five houses we own, thanks anyway!

Rex has been nothing but amazing. I reached out to Rex about 6 months ago in anticipation of selling my home. i wasn't quite ready to sell and just wanting some advice, and he was never hesitant to help. i needed to do some things to the house first, (ie: paint, minor repairs and some cleaning)he promised he would keep in touch, and i was invited to call him anytime if i had a question. and he wasn't even my realtor... "yet".he kept in touch regularly, bit not pushy, and always professional.once the paint and repairs were about complete, I called Rex and ask him to be my Agent. wow.... he met me that night and looked around, he has a very keen eye for detail, there were some things he said needed attention, and He himself took action immediately, he was Amazing, within a week he took my house, which i thought looked really nice, and made it awesome.he did this on his own accord, he said its gotta "Pop" if he is gonna list it, and now it does. there is none other to work harder for you then Rex Andrews, his expertise is second to none. if you want a realtor that believes in getting things done and doing it right, Rex is your man.he told me there are 10 things to do when selling your house#1 Call Rex Andrewsand he will do the other 9.... :)and he did.thank you Rex.

Rex goes above and beyond to get the best deal possible for his clients. He is a great negotiator and always finds ways to sweeten the deal for his clients. I am a loan officer and have worked with Rex with several different clients. He is the best! Even if you are not in Lubbock, Rex should still be the first person you call to learn more about the home buying process.

We bought a wonderful house recently with the help from Shannon Byford.This is our first time to buy a house. We don't know very much about hunting a house, mortgage, warranty, home insurance and even home security system. Shannon helped us with all of these things. She is a beautiful nice lady and a professional broker!Find Shannon, you will get your dream house!

Be sure if you use Keller Williams, Specifically rubin that you were disclosed on all information . Why would an agent allow a family to move into the house that you Had a closing date and a signed contract and then find out The day before closing they’re not even qualified for the loan. Now you have a family living in your house that has not been approved for a loan . Sounds to me like Keller Williams doesn’t do their due diligence. Beware

Last week I attended a career night meeting held by the CEO. It lasted an hour, we were told how well the company and agents were doing, and it went well. I met with the CEO of Keller Williams 2 days later. It was decreed that because of my strong background in apartment locating that a property management firm would be my best bet. I thought it over, pondered my options, and decided not to take the position. I will shop around. However, I felt the meeting/interview went well. I thought it was professional to send me away with a possible lead. The receptionists, Marley and Crystal were friendly and professional. The office was immaculate and pleasant.
