Josh is unreliable had me drive all over Lubbock for 2 hours to get the key and still don't have them. I was told 10 minutes and it has now been an hour.

I have rented here for 8 or 10 years and have been burglarized flooded, etc,The units have been sold to someone in Houston and have changed managers several times and it's been hard to communicate with whomever is in charge.Someone new just came on in March 2023 and the communication We had at the storage unit by coincidence and the agreement we made was not carried out so,just saying...Yes they are okay sizes for the priceAnd when/if i can reach the people, they are generally helpful.

My parents had a storage unit here that was broken into multiple times , they told them they had cameras but there is no cameras. Then told them they were going to get cameras no cameras were ever put in. For 2 months no lock was even on the gate so anyone could enter into the units. Multiple other people had there units broken into as well. If you store your stuff here be prepared to get it stolen!

I am so disappointed I have contacted the new owners on how my storage unit was broken into since last week 6/17/2021/ and still haven't received any call back to see about looking into the camera's to see who stole our belongings. I understand there was a transition to the new ownership but that doesn't make it right to what happen in my situation. A police report has been filed as well.

Very filthy and nasty storage lockers. Major amount of sand on our belongings. Renters are blamed for any theft that occurs.
