Yuck! We ate here and the entire place was Smokey like burning chicken. That was the least of our worries! every one of my 5 family members got FOOD POISONING! My grandma ended up In the hospital for 3 days! My three year old baby was in horrible pain and vomiting for days! We are definitely filing a complaint with the food department in Lubbock asap. Completely terrible. When I went to notify the manager and asked for a phone number to notify Corporate or the owner they all lied and said they DO NOT have any phone numbers for anyone. When I went in to see their health certificate and to find the contact info. The manager, a short bald overweight Mexican man covered up the contact information for the health department with a piece of paper, which I have photo proof of. What a shady worthless business. No wonder their whole parking lot is empty all of the time!

Don’t waste your time or money. Ordered through door dash so no hope of refund. Paid for four sauces did not receive a single one. No sauce on the sandwich either. Are y’all just out of sauce in the whole store? My order is always wrong here and as someone who cooks as well it really isn’t hard to read a ticket and put sauce in a bag. I know y’all don’t care at all (that’s obvious) but I won’t be back.

KFC had our car towed, the manager lied to our face saying he didn't call Cantu Towing, he told us Cantu Towing patrols the area. Cantu confirmed that it was the manager who called. Disgusting.... Sad business practice.

Just found out that KFC is calling for customers to be towed when parking in their parking lot for other businesses in the parking lot they claim they own their parking lot.Which is a lieThey have a leaseIt isn’t the same.By law they cannot tow customers for parking in a public parking lot.The lease is owned by the convention center.This franchise is costing customers a considerable amount ofMoney illegally.Read a Facebook post about Cantù towing bragging about it.Y’all who have been towed need to petition the city and have this business finedFor also posting private signs.You can’t deny any business access to a public parking lot when multiple businesses share it.You are welcome.I would hope KFC closes anyway their food sucksGoodLuckFrom Austin TX.Profiting off customers who are just giving business to struggling businesses there really suckAnd cantu towing also don’t care who they tow.Beware call the city on these people

Incompetence at it's best. Gave my order and paid, and he asked me to pull forward, and I did so. About 2 mins later and truck pays and was asked to pull up as well, and she pulled up next to me and we chatted while waiting. 10 mins after I ordered a lady came out and asked if I ordered the bucket, told her no, and come to find out, it belonged to the lady beside me. The server then came and asked me what my order was and I told her. It was then that she told me she had no idea of my order and that they had no more chicken ready and it would take 45 mins for another batch. Apparently they created my order but filled the order of the lady behind meI told her I wanted a refund. Which she did.These places needs to do better. If someone at my company did things like this, they would be fired in the spot.
