Your stuff is in good hands as long as Coby is at the helm. Never an issue in the decades that I've had my stuff here. If I ever need to store anything in the future, this would be my first call. She is so amazing that there is a wait list so get on it as soon as the need may arise.

Knott’s Mini Storage has provided my storage needs since 2018. The first was when I was waiting for construction completion on my new home. Kobie was clear, informative, and professional. She answered all my questions promptly. It was an excellent experience.The second time I needed storage Kobie added me to the list and soon I was back to having the storage space I needed. Another excellent experience. Let me add that the price of a unit here is affordable.And finally, I needed a larger space and just like the previous times I was in a roomy space in a short time.I am grateful to Knott’s Mini Storage, Kobie, and for the value offered me there. My storage needs are met and exceeded at Knott’s Mini Storage. Thank you

I've been waiting on a wait list for storage unit for I don't know how long finally one's opened up at Knott's storage Kobe asked me if I was still interested I said of course and it just so happened that it was the beginning of the month to where I was going to have to get out of my old storage so it worked out perfectly I've heard nothing but good things about knott storage I havefriends & family who are with knott storag Kobe runs It so good that there's never any vacancies so you need to get on a wait list but I really appreciate her sticking by the list security is great also.

Knott's Mini Storage is hands down the BEST personal storage unit I have ever used! The Owner/ Property Manager is super kind and keeps the property very well maintained. Knott's will not cheat you out of money like the other local storage's do and they also do NOT raise prices every 60 days.

The Manager is quite a nice individual. They have fair rates and fees, and everything is well maintained. It feels like a relative is keeping watch over my belongings for me and we always have at least a quick chat when I find myself there.
