What is the point of making an appointment when they are not on time. One person working the lab. The have to to do the paper work and draw blood as well. I will let my family doctor know how inefficient this place is run and never to send me here . The Phlebotimist was great and friendly. Labcorp needs to do a better job of staffing.

No. Nope. Never. If your provider requests you come this place for labs...REFUSE!! Showed up at 11:45 and the gal met us in the lobby saying, "Ma'am we can't see you until after 1 or you can schedule an appt. " When I said that we live an hour and a half away, she followed up with, "That's not my problem." Very unprofessional and rude. I'm going to see if my DIL's dr will send us to CPL for the lab work.

First specimen was lost due to their error and no notice or info was given. I had to call multiple times, multiple days to get any information. Was offered a free retake only to have my specimen not recorded at all, therefore I have to go again. This was all for testing which was time sensitive. They are quacks. Don’t use them.

Arrived at 7:45 a.m. no one opened the office until 8:05 this is irresponsible and I have somewhere to be I sent my labs elsewhere.

I was nervous going in, because of the bad reviews. The check-in process at the kiosk was simple, the staff was friendly, professional and got me in and out quickly.

Worst place to get a urine drug screening for new employment. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Call to get change to different company. The lady at front rude as hell and even if you have appt. Makes no difference to her.

Been here twice, Feb 2024 and May 2024. both times easy in easy out . Staff was great, I went 1st thing in the morning. There were about 4 customers. Minimum wait time.

NEVER NEVER NEVER go to this lab. They will place fraudulent charges on your bill and will take them off. You will spend months fighting this and they will not resolve your issue. I was billed for a "venipuncture" and there was no blood ever collected or ORDERED! It is not worth the hassle. I would go wait at any other lab then deal with the company. Awful customer service in the billing department.

Unbelievable! There were 10 people in the waiting room with only 1 worker in the office! I made an appointment online and didn’t get in till 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time!
