“I’m a wife and a mom of two boys, to say we have lots of laundry is an understatement. I appreciate Comet Cleaners on Indiana for so much!! The people that work there are so kind and honest!! When I take our dry cleaning there and talk to them about little stains and spots my husband causes on his clothes, like a child. LOL!! They are honest with me on what they think can get out and will come out. Almost 10/10 of the times whatever spot in question come out!! The items I give them that I don’t want to iron and or steam, ALWAYS come out looking so great!! Taking stress of me, which I appreciate so much!! Every time I am in Comet Cleaners they offer me a water and are so polite to me, which really goes a long way this day and age. I go to this location because it is convenient for me, but I really enjoy everyone who works at this location, they are so nice!! They do really great work at the front of the store and in the back!! “This laundry the machines wash your clothes right and dryers are good for drying clothes. It's coin operated. Two machines to get quarters. The staff working there will exchange bills for quarters. They also have a drop off laundry service. The staff are always working on keeping place clean and in order. It's well maintained. The staff deserve a raise they do more laundry.”

“Master Cleaners, situated on Slide Rd in Lubbock, Texas, stands out with exceptional customer service, making every customer feel valued and important.
I panicked to get my father's jeans pressed and creased due to his weight loss and buying new jeans during packing. He was flying out the following day to his Vietnam Marine Reunion/newly released book signing in Nashville, Tennessee. In a panic...I grabbed his new, unpressed jeans and started driving. I drove to Bargain Cleaners on Quaker, and they sent me to Tide Cleaners; I expressed that I needed same-day pressing. They explained that I had to have been there before nine AM. I drove to Gristy's, and they suggested Evergreen. Evergreen had already shut down their equipment for the day, but the nice lady suggested Master Cleaners on Slide, explaining that Masters has equipment there on location and that they might be able to help! So, I called Master Cleaners, and a charming gentleman answered. I expressed my situation, and he said Well, we usually don't press them this late, but I still have equipment on, so sure, no problem, bring them on in.
As I drove to Master Cleaners on Slide Rd, I couldn't believe this gentleman had NO reason to make this exception for me but did; these days, people don't put themselves out like that for a stranger anymore.
I'm explaining all this because that was 100% the most fantastic experience, but what was just as significant was that when I walked in, this lady behind the counter was so nice and welcoming, as if she was waiting for me. She was quick, friendly, and prompt. So, the gentleman on the phone may have told her I was on my way. To my surprise, Nope. That was just her excellent professional customer service skills at work. She cared for me as if she knew me, which instilled confidence in the service I would receive. After she had me fill out a new customer ticket, a gentleman from behind explained to her about the late pressing.
The warm Texan hospitality and friendly demeanor of the staff at Master Cleaners truly shined through on a frantic day, making me feel welcomed and at home in a big city like Lubbock. THANK YOU, Master Cleaners, for the quintessential Texas experience. I am now a loyal customer of Master Cleaners!

“I was able to text Caprock asking questions about a drop off for my dog beds. Tiffany was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to clean the beds and what dogs prefer! I picked up the beds the same day and they were like new. Every staff member I dealt with was very nice. The Center was clean and all customers were friendly. I will definitely use and recommend!”

“Traveling and needed to do laundry. Small place and narrow isles, but everyone was friendly and helpful. Prices can't be beat, 5$ and 4$ jumbo and large washers. 2$ dollars for small. Many dryers were not working, but 2 dollars dried jeans on the ones that did.”
